After a dentist appointment, I popped in here to grab a ice cold passion tea and a feta wrap. It seemed to take a little bit of time to order and get the food. but the people were friendly. When I got my wrap, almost all of the insides were in the bag as opposed to in the wrap, so I was a little disappointed.
The place seemed a little bit dirty…
I wont be running back but might swing in again if I am desperate.

I went here and tried some of their new Frappucchinos… I ordered the Cotton Candy Frappucchino and Cinnamon Roll Frappucchino… They were actually alright, but the cinnamon roll I wish were sweeter rather than bitter.

Slow and a bit rude.
Driving through the area for work and stopped to get drink. Even though it wasn’t busy the service was super slow.
I also had a voucher for a free drink I had gotten about a month ago from a Target Starbucks. The what I assume was the manager proceeded to tell us that Starbucks had stopped giving those vouchers out 6 months ago (false) and kept asking when we got it and where we got it. After I explained she acted as if she didn’t believe me and gave push back. Her associate honored it but she rolled her eyes and walked into the back. Weird behavior for a Starbucks.

As far as Sbux go, pretty standard. Decent seating areas, attentive staff and while they may not remember your favorite drink, they do recognize their regulars. They are often out of bakery stuffs later in the afternoon, which is when I tend to go, so that’s annoying. Also, they don’t have a drive through, which has sent me to the nearby Tim Hortons several times.

I’ve been here only a few times, because it’s one of those places I see as high priced and not my favored environment to be in. But, each time I’ve been here to shell out some cash, I’ve been met with great service and a great product: usually some cold, creamy beverage. Since I don’t go to Starbucks often, I don’t know what I usually want. I’m not familiar with their menu. My wife is even worse with her indecisiveness. But each time (3 – 4 times so far), the staff was always very helpful, courteous, and patient in service us. Their iced cappuccinos are way better than Tim Horton’s or Dunkin’ Donuts, even if they cost a dollar more.

The staff here is fantastic! They’re all so nice and helpful. If you don’t know what you want they will give you the best suggestions. If you saw something on the secret menu all you have to do is show the staff how to make it and they’ll make it if they don’t know how to already. You wont be sitting around waiting for your coffee for long, they’re pretty quick.
This is a great place to just relax. I usually come here to do my homework or just hang out and talk with friends. The music they play is relaxing and typical coffee drinking kind of music.
They food here is fantastic as well as the drinks. I’ve had almost everything here and NOTHING disappointed me. Everything was just great!

Staff was fabulous as usual, they get you in and out fast! This was the first time I got a breakfast sandwich, was a little skeptical in purchasing a non dessert type food item. I’m pleased to say that it was great! Will definitely try the other ones.
My thing is, why isn’t there a Starbucks on Telegraph from Dearborn Heights all the way down to Southgate? I mean there’s everything else that you can imagine that’s there!

I hate the high prices but I love the gold card membership. I usually get the quad venti soy upside down caramel macchiato. my friend and I share the gold card, she goes everyday for a tall brewed coffee and uses her gold card, each time it’s swiped you get a point, 15 points and Sb’s will mail you a free beverage coupon good for any sized drink with any combination of flavors or extra shots. That quad venti soy I like is a $ 7 dollar drink — and getting it FREE is the icing on the cake.
