Taylor Cuts

I actually used to think that this place was great, until today when I sat there waiting for about 45 minutes & it was all for nothing, I was a walk in unfortunately. As I sat there waiting they were calling out for their customers that had appointments, but they weren’t even there on time, one of them walked in around about 10 minutes late, as I sat there thinking I would be next, they called the late arrival first. Ok fine, they had an appointment and I didn’t so I sat there waiting some more, they then call someone else again with an appointment and he is not there, well he walks around about 25 minutes later, as I still am waiting and should be next so I thought, but not so much they took another late arrival before me. So after sitting there for 45 minutes I asked how much longer I would have to wait & their response was I don’t know, but we have to take the appointments first & then the walk ins, so at that point I was done & just left without getting my hair cut. Needless to say I will never go back there again.

This place is awesome. Family owned so they are friendly and don’t rush. Julie was amaZing I have definitely found my new stylist. Big bonus they have coupons and they are easy to get unlike some of the chain salons deff will be back.

I come here all the time time to get haircuts .this time I brought a friend here to get his hair cut. he used to go to Meijers and now I have talked him into getting haircuts here. He said about three haircuts here. He must really like it if he keeps coming back and of course he has Melinda who is my favorite beautician.
