The best pizza I have had since getting to Salt Lake in August. We eat pizza once a week and have tried many places and I have to say this pizza was by far the best that we have had since leaving the Vancouver Washington/Portland Oregon area. We are coming back tomorrow for the subs. We had the cordon blue pizza it was soo good.

Ordered take out(pepperoni, sausage and mushroom). I was VERY skeptical when I stopped in because they were so understaffed and it seemed I was going to be there forever because they were not keeping up. All I could see were three employees to take phone calls, greet customers and take orders, serve people dining in, and oh yes, make the pizza. All of that said, my pizza was ready when they said it would be and it was solid pizza – ultimately, no complaints.

We’ve always been very happy with this restaurant. The pasta, sandwiches, pizzas, and salads are all made fresh from quality ingredients. There aren’t a lot of places that offer salad with their pizza delivery, and theirs are so crisp and loaded! We just wish they didn’t close so early, even on weekends.

We are having a Church hangout and Wasatch Pizza made sure to have all of our Pizzas ready to go on time and even helped us out to the car!

Love this place! This is my go to pizza stop. They are always fast and friendly. I order several times a month and it’s always hot and fresh. Interesting topping combinations, I ordered one that had potatoes on it! It was surprisingly delicious!

Put me on hold. Asked them to deliver to the amphitheater only 4 miles from them. Once they found out it was only for 2 pizza then they said O we don’t got that far. What a joke. I’ll make sure after show food doesn’t order from them tomorrow night.

My orders have been inconsistent here. Sometimes they are very good and other times not so much.

Went there because we had found a coupon online for 15 bucks off of 30 bucks worth of food. Called in the order and explained about the coupon. The lady that answered the phone said we didn’t have to give her the coupon number and to just bring it in. Ordered 30 bucks worth of food and went to pick it up. When we told the lady she looked at us like we were retarded. She went into the back and asked some guy back there about the coupon. He mumbled that they have never had a special like that. She came back out to try and get us to pay full price because she didn’t remember ever running that promotion. When we presented her the coupon she said it didn’t matter because they don’t have a scanner — Awesome. After some more going in the back and generally making us feel like criminals, they gave us the deal that had been clearly discussed over the phone earlier. If that wasn’t enough to ruin the day, they sold us expired soda(2– liters). Two of them. One over a year expired. So in conclusion, the service was terrible, and they sold us expired soda. If that seems like the kind of place you want to go to, then you have a wonderful little pizza shop waiting for you.

The pizza is good. It’s nothing in comparison to Toto’s pizza back home in the Bay Area. But it’ll have to do. The staff is pretty cool!

I really have to say this is one if the worst locations. The manager Adam can be pretty rude. I prefer the downtown location. I take customer service seriously because I work In it myself. Maybe I’m just tough…

Wanted pizza. Read Dustin B.‘s review of Wasatch Pizza. Sounded perfect. It’s not much to look at, but the scent from the kitchen was inviting, and the prices seemed great(though I’m from Seattle, so most prices in Utah seem great to me). We ordered a large(15″) half-Great Scott, half-pepperoni/olives/mushrooms(because my sister refuses to just pick off the extras); a Caesar salad; 10 buffalo wings; and three sodas. Total cost: $ 33 and change. The Caesar salad suffered from high expectations, but was good enough, and large for the price($ 3.99). The wings($ 6.99 for 10) were also average. Meaty but nothing too exciting. But the pizza… was perfect. Exactly what I wanted in a pizza! I’d describe it, but I’m too full. It was so good, we ended up snagging one of their dessert pizzas to go. Tasted great! The only problem we had was with the service. We pulled up at 8:10 and told the guy we’d be eating in. The salad and drinks came in the standard eat-in plate and cups, but when the pizza came, it was in a box, and the guy didn’t give us plates. We went and asked for some, and he said, «I’m closing in 20 minutes.» If he didn’t want us sticking around to eat the pizza there, why didn’t he let us know when we first told him we were eating in? And isn’t it customary to let your customers stay until they’re finished? It’s not like we came in 10 minutes before he closed; it was nearly an hour. Anyway, I would HIGHLY recommend the pizza(at least the Great Scot), as long as you get it to go. I’ll be eating it again!

We ordered this on Saturday — we chose the Grizzly Gulch. I figured it had to be good since that is a wonderful hike. But I will assure you, look elsewhere for some good pizza. This place was sub par compared to so many other places — I would rather eat at other places any day. I have eaten here on a couple of occasions and am reminded why I never remembered them. I have blocked their pizza from my memory and suppressed it into my «pretend-I-never-ate-it-sub-conscience.» The pizza arrived on time, and the guy even called when he got lost. Really, not a big deal to me. The Grizzly Gulch is artichoke hearts, feta, mozzarella, and sausage — we chose the marinara sauce. The artichoke hearts were the smallest thing in my whole life, they were apparent on the pizza but miniscule. I have no idea where you find something so small. Feta was non existent; I really like to cook, my son and I really like Feta cheese on our homemade pizzas, and let me just inform you they didn’t use much because it doesn’t melt down, so you would be able to spot it in a millisecond. The sausage was the best part, and the dough was«meh». I think I keep trying it in hopes that I will like it because it is local, but I just can’t.

Now the food is great, the sandwiches are awesome, and the customer service is cool, too. My 3 stars comes from the fact – FACT – that it ALWAYS takes them 20 minutes to make anything there! And all I ever get are their sandwiches. The dinning room is empty when I go, but it takes 20 minutes!!! WHY?! WTF are you guys doing back there!!! Takes them 20 min to make a sandwich when the sun is up, and you better believe it takes them 20 min to make a sandwich when the sun goes down. And I keep going back ’cause it’s near work and there.

I love Wasatch Pizza! It’s not the same ol’ pizza crap. Their menu is unique with ingredients and combinations I would never imagine. It’s unassuming but fantastic and the employees are super friendly. I wish I lived closer.

Wasatch Pizza is very Hit and miss. I’ve had 5-star pizzas here, but I’ve also had 2-star pizzas. The«Cajun Queen» is amazing… unless it’s not. The first time we got it, it was unbelievably good. The second, most recent, and last, time we got it… not so much. It tasted like it had been under the heat lamp for a while(which is very unfriendly for shrimp) and it was barely edible. There are lots of coupons available for Wasatch and as long as you have one, it’s a good deal on a good pizza. I would never pay full menu price for this.

A lot of people argue what the best Pizza is. People from Chicago will be insulted if you say anything but Chicago is the best. Others say that unless it’s classic Italian style with just some cheese and tomato sprinkled on a piece of flat bread its not worth eating. I think it all stems from the innate desire to be better than others, but why do we have to fight over taste? Leave the fighting to the politicians and 24 hour news radio hosts. The best Pizza is the Pizza that you grew up on, and for me that is our classic American Pizza. While I hate to point to Little Caesars and Pizza Hut in this review(they suck by comparison) they’re what I think of as classic Pizza. And in that category Wasatch is by far the best. Not as cheap as Papa Murphys, not as massive as The Pie, but the quality of the ingredients are the best. And they load up the Pizza until they’re falling off into your lap. The only drawback is the price, it’s not cheap but it’s filling a $ 20 large Pizza with usually feed 3 – 4 adults. Get the«Great Scott» pizza at Wasatch, this take on the combination style pizza is the best you will get anywhere. And I love that they use real ground sausage and not those disgusting little sausage balls you find on cheap pizza and pizza frozen in the Grocery Store. And I hope all the stuck-up Chicagoans and Euro-yuppies are listening. For those of us who grew up in suburbia and have fond memories of eating Pizza in a dim pizzeria with a massive red plastic cup of soda and an all you can eat salad bar this is our perfect Pizza. A traditional pizza for all of America.
