This venue is beautiful!!! 5 Stars!!! Had my mothers 65^th birthday party here. Great space and great location however working with one of the employees was horrible so I rate it 3 stars. He was unprofessional with how he approached the final payment with such remarks as «chase you down» and giving different time frames on when the final payment was due. It seemed like he tried to pull a fast one with the last payment starting it didn’t clear and he need cash meanwhile he deposited the check via phone not at the bank… That was a complete turn off I do think the place is a tad overpriced especially if you aren’t utilizing their services just the rental of the space. All in all it was a wonderful night everything turned out well.

I hosted a New Years Eve party with 130 guest, all which fit comfortably in this nicely equipped venue. We were able to gain access to the venue early to set everything up, we were also given free access to the great sound system and many pieces of furniture that was included in the venue. The bathrooms were very nice as well. The venue came with a clean up crew that serviced the event after the party was over. I would definitely recommend this event space to anyone who is having a bar/bat mitzvah or even a sweet 16. Fantastic service and great atmosphere.

Avenue Event Space was one of the best parties I have been to for my cousin’s sweet sixteen. The place looks like an upscale nightclub with great lighting, sound system, and a lot of space for dancing. I would definitely recommend this place (1382 Queen Anne Road) in Teaneck, NJ
