Telluride Alpine Lodging

My husband and I arrived in Telluride on 5÷07÷2015 I had looked for pet friendly hotels and found Telluride Alpine Lodging at 324 W. Colorado Ave. Although it was not easy to find once found the lady working when we checked in was so nice and very helpful, the hotel is under going remodeling the room we stayed in had a wonderful bed and was very spacious. Although we on stayed one night it had nothing to do with the lodge, we were just not prepared for the snow. If we get the chance to come back we would definitely stay here again.

My boyfriend and I booked a ski trip through a 3^rd party and were fortunate enough to get Chris as our guest agent. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make us feel right at home. He made himself available to answer any questions we had or any issues we might encounter. I usually don’t go out of my way to thank guest services in these situations, as you expect a good experience. However, Chris did such a great job that we bought him a thank you card and gift at the end of our trip. We appreciate the extra mile you went to make our trip special, and we will definitely be back in the future, with friends in tow, to stay at your property again. Thanks again Chris for making this a ski trip to remember!

Stayed overnight. It was a clean nice room. It was a little worn around the edges, but that is to be expected for an old lodge. We stayed in the Black Bear Room– which had a huge garden tub– very nice — The breakfast was awesome. They were very Service Dog friendly.

Stayed at the Cimarron Lodge for 5 days in a 2 bedroom/​2 bath condo.
Pros:
–The location of the condos are great. Cimarron is right in back of chair lift 7.
–Check in was a breeze
–There is a small grocery store within a 5 minute walk.
Cons:
–The condo and it’s furnishings are dated. The owners should update the bedding.
— The carpets should also be cleaned a little more often during the ski season.
–There was NO house keeping service for the entire time I was there. Def a negative. –No mud «room» for your wet belongings. If there was a ski locker there wasn’t a key left for our use.
Ok for a quick trip. Wouldn’t stay at this property again for anything longer than a few days.

I can’t praise Telluride Alpine Lodging enough. I’ve worked with them to rent Telluride condos for my ski group for three years now. Every trip detail has always been perfectly handled. They are very responsive to every question and request. Their Guest Services is courteous and always helpful. Agent Chris Esch is the best – responsive, prompt, and super nice.
