Very unprofessional. She called to change my appointment one business day before because she said that she did not have her appointment book with her when she scheduled the appointment. Four days passed since I made the appointment. She wanted to push my appointment out for an additional week. If I cannot trust this business to honor my scheduled appointment and communicate with me in a timely manner, then I question the quality that this company claims to offer. I would not recommend anyone to use this service.
