The selection of art supplies isn’t huge – it’s a small store and half of it is devoted to framing. However, the staff is wonderful and can tell you right away if they have what you need. They greet you when you walk in the door and ask if they can help you. Also: THEDEALS. The buy one get one sales save my poor art student life(and wallet). They do BOGO for one penny sales at least once a year, and you can get a 40−50% off coupon once a week. I got sketchbooks/Bristol pads and brushes BOG2 a couple weeks ago. They let you use the coupons on expensive stuff like sets of Prismacolor/Copic markers. Yeah, they’re not Dick Blick, but they’re not trying to be.

They always have a great selection of frames and always have amazing 1 cent sales. They also have a vast selection of paint materials and decorative items recently. Customer service has always been nice and they do have a custom framing section. Conveniently located across from the mall. If you sign up your email address, you always get coupons too that are way worth it.

My wife and I got a few prints from Hawaii and were debating on what kind of frames and such we should get. We also got some canvas prints which we were looking for options on how to mount and frame. Although this store is a little pricey, the sales associates were extremely helpfull! They offered several options, and since we could not afford the high end frames and mounting, they were very helpful in suggesting less expensive ways which would still accent our prints but not break our budget. I found the employees at this location very knowledgable and friendly. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because a lot of their items are over priced. Otherwise, I think they did a great job in providing us with excellent customer service!

I’ve been to this location several times. This time, I went on the last day of their one cent sale. The staff was friendly and both the manager and associate asked if I needed help finding anything. Personally, in an era filled with mega stores and variety craft stores, to see a store dedicated to specific fields means they offer quality not quantity. And quality they have! I like that they answered my questions quickly and were knowledgeable about the products they offered. I also liked that they were honest in their opinions of art related products. Keep up the good work.

Ok, so I have been in here a few more times, because usually I don’t need help and the frames are pretty good quality for the cost, especially when they are having a good sale. So today I was helped by someone, he seemed like the manager. He was very helpful and I left with better stuff than I went in there looking for. Plus he rang up a coupon I didn’t know about and saved me about $ 5. Thanks man!

I have a huge bias when it comes to craft stores, especially those focused on paint and framing. Growing up in Jersey, I was spoiled with several Pearl Paint stores within a 20-mile radius of my home. Today I was struck with an idea of making a multimedia project but wanted to put it on a canvas to get a clear scope of my direction. I hit up the Unilocal App on my Droid X and this was the first store that popped up. I must say, I was largely disappointed with what I saw. There were two associates in the store during my mid-afternoon visit, but both were assisting other customers. I wasn’t impressed with their selection of frames or canvasses or tube paints for that matter. I think I’ll tackle this project when I head back east in a few weeks. Oh well…

They only have on ok selection of art supplies but do have a few things different than the craft stores. Canvas prices are high and there is no bell at the front counter and its often not manned so after waiting a while it seems I always have to go seaching the back of the store for someone to help me out.

The manager was nice but could not answer my pricing questions as the price list was missing, otherwise the staff are really nice but the check out always takes forever. Good selection of art supplies for a small store
