I have an oreck steamer, it was great for 1.5 years, then it stopped steaming. I took it in to get service and the guy was more interested in selling me a new one. I wanted to see if they could fix this one and he said no problem, leave it with us and I’ll have the service guy look at it. After 4 or 5 days, service guy calls and says that the steamer is a «throw away product» and they don’t service them. Ever. I call the oreck corporate and they said that isn’t the case, they should and do service them. We’ll not in temecula. I’ll buy another brand at this point. One that can be serviced if something should go wrong.

Just wanted to give kudos to the workers at the Oreck store. A while ago I had a mix up with my Oreck vacuum. I got a replacement that just wasn’t the same. A week ago (many months after the mixup), I took it in for a ‘tune-​up’ and got talking to Ted about my vacuums history. He assured me he’d take care of it. I left expecting to hear from them in a few days because of their work load. I was almost home when he called and said it was all fixed! New fan, new motor! And no charge! I love my Oreck and the ease in using it. Even if they didn’t go the extra mile in customer service, I’d still stay with them, but it sure great when someone proves they’re actually listening to you! Thanks again Ted and Chris for being awesome!

Jesse was extremely accommodating and professional. I had to make a 70 mile round-​trip drive for my service. He did a fast, complete service and I was on my way home shortly thereafter. Also, my Oreck is my favorite vacuum cleaner. And Jesse will keep me coming back.

Love having an Oreck vacuum, and love having an Oreck store locally. Over the several years of our dealings with this store, we’ve always received friendly, helpful, and excellent customer service. They are super fast with service, and always at a more than fair price. Why would I want to go anywhere else?

Great customer service they are super nice, I had my oreck vacuum for 7 years and it’s the best one in the market, it’s light weight great for going up and down the stairs and very powerful, everyone should own one, and also the orbit is the best carpet cleaner.

I’ve had my Oreck vacuum over 5+ years and I still love it! As with other Oreck owners I’ve tried the cheaper brand bags. nothing wrong with them just that Oreck’s are so much better especially the hypoallergenic line. The warranty is great which includes free yearly tuneup’s. Now what really has sold me on Oreck is the service. Repairs/​maintenance are handled quickly and efficiently at a more than fair price. I’m really tough on my vacuum so truthfully the only times I have to go in for repairs is if I’ve done something stupid. Thankfully they’re open 7 days a week!
