Easiest mattress buying experience ever! Derek was awesome, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The store has a great selection of mattresses & some pretty awesome pillows too. If you need a mattress & don’t check this place out, then you messed up!

Amazing service by my man Dennis! Buying process was made easy and we got the perfect mattress for our budget! This guy knows mattress’ my wife and I would’ve been lost without his guidance! ¹⁰⁄₁₀ for his amazing customer service and professionalism!

The mattress is fine the salesmen were not particularly helpful. I mentioned Unilocal for my 2 free memory foam pillows. They first told my wife that our purchase didn’t qualify when I went in they told me «they had spoken to the manager» and they would let me have them. It took 2 weeks for the pillows to come but we did get them. Final word good quality products salesmen were so so I don’t feel any loyalty I’ll shop around for my next mattress but I won’t avoid them.

Had a great experience with Dennis! He was very friendly and gave us space and time to decide what we wanted. He helped educate us on all the mattresses and we got exactly what we wanted. I’m glad to say I had a great experience with banner matteress in Temecula!

Great service, friendly staff and the feeling of wanting to solve a problem rather than just make a sale. Derek was a really nice professional sales man. He asked questions so he could lead us through the showroom based on our answers/​ailments. I ended up with a tempurpedic cloud and I was having a little difficulty at first. But I was reassured that I had a 90 night trial and to at least give it 30 days which I thought was fair. After about 60 days my wife and I were still thinking the mattress was a little firm. So we called Derek and he invited us back into the showroom to select a different mattress. He determined based on his questioning, and took us to the top of the line cloud tempurpedic and boy that was the one that worked. Easy process all I had to do was pay the difference of the mattress and a 50 delivery. I had forgot that banner (thank goodness) doesn’t charge return fees like other places!!! Ask for Derek what a pleasant kid to work with. We plan to return to banner for our daughters wedding gift which will be same bed we bought. Thanks Derek see you soon!

I have purchased Tempupedic cloud mattress on 11/​10/​2015 had a happy experience with Derick, I paid over $ 2100 for the floor model, I got the mattress yesterday and slept on it last night it was so hot and bad odors and caused my shoulder pain in the morning, so I went back to the store to see if there are anything they can do, i explained the whole thing nicely to Dennis because Derick was off, Dennis became very rude and impatient he slammed my receipt and yelled at me says :” screw you lady you have signed the receipt says no exchange for floor models, so deal with it and get out of my store!” I have never came across such a jerk sales person in my whole life, such bad attitudes should not be working in sales department specially sale high end products! He is a wolf in sheep skin, he was so crazy rude because there was no one else in the store besides us two! THE WORSTE shopping experience ever in History! –5 stars if there’s an option!
Who wants to spend over $ 2100 buy something with no purchase guarantees even if there’s problems cant even exchange, and with a horrible service experience? Do not waste your money in this store you better off go Costco or sears who appreciate and guarantee your purchase!

Dishonest and not upfront about their NO RETURN POLICY! Now stuck with the most expensive Tempurpedic that you could buy! It Sucks! I have the worst back pain and my pregnant wife can’t stand the smell of it and her back hurts too… they will only exchange it for something of equal or greater value…

Had a great experience with Derek. He was knowledge and knew every high point about the mattresses and helped me make the right decision. He took his time and answered all questions. And didn’t make me feel pressured. Definitely recommend Derek if you are looking for a new bed!

This banner mattress is top notch! Derek was very knowledgeable and answered ALL of our many questions. The financing was easy and no interest for the entire purchase! After doing our research before going in on what we wanted, we bought a Serta iComfort mattress and decided on the adjustable base to go with it. We got free pillows to match the bed and I recommend the mattress protectors and pillow protectors too. Derek was great! He knows his stuff and you should ask for him when you go in. A great experience! And free next day delivery to boot!!!
