The ladies working in the front and friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and provided additional assistance selecting suitable added moving stuff(e.g. Mattress covers, couch covers and tape). When storage is just storage like everywhere else, good customer service is nice. I was shown the unit I reserved and given some other options in case the one I selected isn’t big enough. I took a chance since it had one star but I’m pleased. Plus… it is a great location off of the freeway going the opposite way of the congestion.

There was a leak to the roof that caused a flood to several units, I was never notified. There was significant water/mold damage to most of my items. The flood was in December 2014, but the leak to the roof was not repaired until February 2015(as stated by the management office). My unit was not the only one affected, and I don’t believe anyone was notified(spoke to other tenants). If they had called, I could have prevented the mold damage. The building is still in disrepair. The bathroom ceiling is missing, and there is a bucket catching water that is dripping from the bathroom ceiling. I would not trust that all roof issues have been fixed.
