CVS Pharmacy

Not only do they never answer the phone when they don’t feel like it, they do not fill prescriptions according to the dr’s instructions and feel no need to alert the customer OR doctor of this fact, half of their staff are unknowledgeable and disrespectful. When a customer tells you that they do not have time to wait 10 – 15 min for another prescription so they will take the one ready one, it is NOT their job to walk away for 3 minutes, come back and say just another 5 minutes, walk away again to talk about it when I express I did NOT have any time to waste repeatedly until I had to walk out of the store with nothing at all. These are all regular occurrences. Unfortunately they are on my way to work. Maybe this will prompt their managers to review some very basic guidelines with them… As I sit here on hold with them after 16 minutes with no one even having picked up the phone. How pathetic.

All good. This CVS seems to be a little bit smaller than other store locations, that might just be my interpretation though. But it seemed like they had less items here. Anyway, it was nice and clean and everything was in its designated areas in the store. Staff was very friendly and helpful to me during my visit. This is not my typical CVS store, but I would come here as a second choice if it is convenient.

I love going to this specific CVS my favorite, I come here a few times a weeks and the cashiers have amazing customer service, always smiling and in a happy mood. I don’t think I have ever come in here before when I don’t get a great experience out of it… until yesterday I was in the store and everyone was nice as always but as Im shopping I hear this sarcastic, rude guy (not sure if he was talking like this to a customer or a co-​worker but he was pretty loud about being his way as if he owns the store). I did not get his name however I had not seen him before and I’ve been coming here for a few months now. He was kind of a short guy with a wrap on his wrist. I don’t understand how they could hire someone like that, with all the kind people Ive seen in this store, I hope this doesn’t ruin this location for me cause I like coming in and never having to deal with careless people like in other locations. I give this location a five star rating because I don’t believe one person should ruin it for the entire store specially if they are always so helpful.

Exceptional checkers and employees that do everything like greet you, walk you where you need to find something, and always leave you with a smile. My favorite at this Cvs store on Rancho California and Margarita is «Paula»… not only does she know all there is and more but she’s always so positive and kind. Such a great representative and staff overall!!!

Let me just first off start by saying Monique is the most unprofessional, incompetent, pharmacist. My husband and I were having lunch with my sister at rosatis. My husband ran in to fill his prescription. She treated him as if he had a fake prescription, he told her to call his DR., She then took his prescription and wrote all over it. Called him an hour later and refused to fill it. What was the reason? She said «this wasn’t the pharmacy we fill out prescriptions at normally and she won’t do it «. Are you serious lady? What do you do when people move from out of state. Do you tell them «sorry sir your gonna have to go back to the state you moved from in order to get that prescription. «Monique was rude, like I said before incredibly unprofessional. She ruined his prescription by putting her hand writing all over it. I will be calling and making a formal complaint about her. Geez the least cvs could do is get a pharmacist in there that will actually do their job professionally. I would give Monique 0 stars if I could, unfortunately I have to leave 1.

Munchies, alcohol, medicine, birthday cards, and swishers.
Sounds like they have it all. Everytime I’ve come here, they’ve had everything I needed. One time I needed Maker’s Mark whiskey specifically… and they had it! and they had it on sale! Man… worth it.
Never really a wait and it’s in a great location. No complaints.

Great set up and great convenient location. Grab what you need and hardly any checkout line.
