I’ve been renting for over a year now and I have not had any problems. Gertie and Carlos are very easy-​going and will help you however they can. The business hours seem a little limited on their site but if you just give them a call, they’ll make an exception for you, no problem. The location is convenient and at the same time seems to be tucked away enough that it’s a super safe/​quiet location. They always have great move-​in deals and you can even find coupons sometimes.
