All the ingredients are good, even the meat, better than any fast subs around town. My first sandwich had a bit too much mayo. Next time I said light mayo, and it did not overwhelm the other delicious ingredients.

I didn’t really care for it. Took 20 mins to get my sandwich and there was only 3 customers in the entire place. The sandwich was barely average. The inside Decour was pretty cool, and that’s about the only positive I got from going there.

Something new to try? I will test it out and Firehouse Subs passes the test. I ordered the BBQ sandwich double meat and got chips and a drink for $ 14.87 with the 20% military/first responder discount! They use Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce and the cashier recommended Jalapenos which added some balance to the BBQ sauce and make a awesome sandwich. Staff was friendly and even gave me a quick education of how Firehouse came here from Florida where the Firefighters started it. I like this franchise and what it represents and will return!

Pretty good subs. I’ve been waiting for one of these to open in Temecula for a while. I like Jersey Mike’s better but this is a close second. I had the Italian which was better than Subway but not as good as Jersey Mike’s. I will never eat another subway sandwich again.

I’m telling you once you have these subs you will not be able to have another sub anywhere else and be satisfied! The staff is great, so awesome and welcoming. The managers are also great and very helpful. All the subs are great. The brisket is mouth watering and I’m addicted!!! The hero and Italian are also great. Meatball or chili is great on the cold days too! My mom loves there salad!

Pleasantly surprised by this sub place. Pricing was good, around $ 7 – 8 for most subs, which is on par compared to subways premium subs. But the difference is this place is 100x better than subway, the meat quality is great and actually real cuts of meat, the sandwiches I tried were also extremely good. I had the turkey bacon cheddar, and also tried the Italian, both excellent.

This is a new to the area business so I feel like some folks should give them the benefit of the doubt and lighten up on the service… Most restaurants have hiccups initially. Anyways, came here for the first time last weekend while en route back home to Chula Vista and I must say, this was my first visit to this chain and it’s GOOD. Very good sub… I had the ladder sub and wow… Amazing. Their cookies are good too which is a good addition. I felt like the service was good enough and will likely get better with time. I’ll definitely be back… I didn’t even get diarrhea either which is saying something considering my volatile case of IBS. Anyways go try this place out its awesome!

The food was good. But I don’t think 2 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips with no drinks is worth $ 26. The 4 girls working weren’t particularly friendly considering I was the only person in there. I walked in, no one greeted me or even looked up. I stood at the counter for a couple minutes before I finally asked if I could order. And also my sandwich didn’t have the bacon I ordered… So, eh.

Came in today at 12:00pm. There was about 3 tables taken. Pretty slow. Ordered two basic sandwiches with everything on it. By the time the food got to us(20 mins later) we were ready to leave. To top it off my sandwich had no lettuce or tomatoes on it so we had to ask for them to add it. Apparently we were not the only ones as the family to the right of us had been waiting over 20 mins and their food was sent back as well. Love the sandwiches but when its coupled with slow service and wrong orders its not worth the trip.

I think Firehouse Subs is by far the best sub shop out there. Great service and everyone was extremely nice. Ordered the Club on a Sub this time and it was amazing. I really like that it is located next to the Promenade Mall since I go there so often. I’ve been to about three Firehouse locations so far and this is definitely my favorite.

I took my boys to Firehouse Subs just a day or two after they opened. The décor inside is all firehouse themed but it feels kind of cheesy to me. They had a lot of employees working, which can be overwhelming, but I know it was due to them just opening. I ordered a veggie sub that turned out to be delicious. It had grilled onion and bell pepper, cheese, and sandwich veggies. The flavors were great! My kids each had a child’s ham and cheese. They weren’t happy, although it was not Firehouse’s fault. All of their sandwiches are toasted(a la Quizno’s) and my kids really dislike melted cheese. The supervisors offered to replace them but I used it as an opportunity to teach my kids about being adaptable when presented with something that’s not quite what they want. The prices were a bit on the high side for what you get and the theme is over played and pretty dorky. The veggie sandwich is good, but I doubt that Firehouse will become a regular location for us.

Really enjoyed my experience here. Great décor and outstanding service. Sandwich was full of flavor and filling. I had the hook & ladder and my husband engineer sub. Definitely worth trying when craving a sandwich. We will be back!!! Chef Bea

I’m a huge fan of firehouse subs, the first time I had a chance to try their food was in Orange County. This place just opened & fulfilled every expectation of the food & service; the minor issue I have is the location is outside the mall which might not be ideal, the space is also small. I had the Italian, with Genoa salami, pepperoni, & ham. It’s seasoned perfectly & every bite has the flavors & equal parts of the sandwich. It might seem pricy compared to subway or the more popular jersey mikes but it goes towards a fire fighter fund raising organization & the tasty food is certainly worth it. Can’t wait to eat there again!

Walked into this place, first thing I noticed were the high prices on the subs. I then ordered the turkey bacon ranch sub. My girlfriend and I sat down waiting patiently for our overpriced subs, and all she could wonder was what kind of soda beverage we should be drinking, I could feel this evening was already turning out to be a nightmare. At last our subs arrived at our table, I looked down in amazement at the devine beauty of the sub in front of my face, it looked even better than the picture! As I bit into the sub, my taste buds were jumping with joy over the mouthwatering luxury sub. It was more than I ever could dream it to be! As I was chowing down on this delicious creation, the manager walked over to me and asked how I liked it, I responded, «this is literally the best sub I’ve ever had in my life» I highly recommend this place to be your go to! You will not be disappointed, if anything, the subs should cost a lot more money because that’s how I feel about firehouse subs, thank you. PS: But please don’t raise the price ;)

My favorite sub place! I order the hero sub or hook & ladder sub. Both amazing. I normally don’t eat ham in my sandwiches but their ham has so much flavor! I’m obsessed! :-) My husband gets the Italian sub and ravs over it! So happy they opened closer to my house(which is still 20 minutes away but for is worth the drive). My husband and I couldn’t be happier! This is a must eat sandwich spot!

I used to always go to firehouse subs when I went to school on the East Coast and always wished there were more near me here in California. FINALLYMYPRAYERSHAVEBEENANSWERED! Firehouse has some of the absolute best subs on the planet and is a must try! So happy that Temecula has one now! Soooo happy! The food is equally amazing just as I remember! This will definitely be a weekly stop for me! Make sure to come and try firehouse subs out and spread the word! I want them to be successful :-). My favorite sandwich is the Italian! My wifes is the Hook and Ladder! Also try out the hero… Honestly you can’t go wrong.

I’ve heard great things about firehouse subs and finally we have one in the Temecula area. I got a chance to try their pastrami sandwich and meatball sub and they did not disappoint, they were delicious!!! Looking forward to their grand opening this week!
