After all these years our Temecula Panera store is at the top of our favorite restaurants. Not only is the food QUALITY, HEALTHY, fair prices with great incentives topped by excellent service by a team we’ve come to know and appreciate. Thank you to George, Katie, Brady, Mikee, Nicole and many more who we do not know by name. Rest assured, everyone at this store make each visit, each meal an incentive to return. Now, on a constructive criticism level, Panera needs to reinvest in this location and replace much used booths, chairs. Please TURN down the A/C. Brrr to stand in line to order or find a table to enjoy our food and not freeze. JUSTSAYIN…

It’s a hate-it/love-it relationship as of late. Some days I come in, and food is most delicious and the staff is the best. Other days there are new faces, and attitudes. Food quality would suddenly drop, then come back to normal. One word: Inconsistent. Recently I visited couple of other Panera restaurants, one in Hemet and one in LA. They made me realize that this one is quite good in comparison.

My family loves the bagels from here, we will come in every couple of weeks and purchase the bagel pack. Good friendly customer service, just be prepared to wait when they are busy. If you come in late in the evening you may not find the bagel you want.

I’ve never had an issue here. I think a lot depends on what time you come. I’ve always found it clean, with minimal waits, and friendly staff. I like the salads and the broth bowls. Both are filling without having a huge number of calories, and both offer stuff that I like. I especially like the Thai Chicken Salad, but I’ve never had anything that I hated. The toughest thing is finding a parking spot if you get here too late. Want lunch? Try to be here at 11:30 or so and you’ll have no problem.

They put no steak on my steak and cheddar sandwich. Lol! The waiter went back to fix the issue, but only came back with more spicy mustard. I had to go back to the counter to ask for it to be fixed. Manager was standing there and didn’t even acknowledge the mishap. Kind of disappointed. New sandwich came out… 3 thin slices of steak on it. … Thanks

Most of the food is great, when you can get the right order. They are always out of the same items. No, I can’t say that I know what it takes to run a restaurant, but why isn’t management ordering a larger quantity of the items they run out of more frequently??? Also, I know it’s a «bread place,» but do you have to have crumbs all over the damn place? Somebody get a damn broom please!!! Oh and today really sucked… I ordered my food, got all the way home, and got the wrong damn item!!! Get it together people! I’m not really upset but I’m mad! Lol

Me and my husband went Thursday night and had their pick 2 meal which I love the brocolli cheddar soup and Thai salad. The food was great but the soup is child’s temp. I like my soup hot specially in a cold night. So I was disappointed by that. 2nd thing, we had a hard time looking for a clean table. It’s filty. Make u wander how they make their food cause its dirty everywhere. Most of the seats need to be change. They are ripped and dirty. I wish the manager would put extra effort to make sure their place is clean and neat. They need to assign someone to maintain their dining is clean. The trash is not full, condiments and coffee area is clean as well as their bathrooms. I love their pastries and the express order yourself. Its very convenient during busy hours. This is the only Panera branch that every time I decided to eat here, that every table and chairs are filthy. It’s embarrassing and make u not want to come there and you can tell the manager and the emplyees are lazy and doesn’t care. Otherwise they would have seen it and maintain it clean. I would not recommend this place unless they do something about it.

I went to this panera with a friend a couple days ago. We ordered to go and they made us wait there for a while, they put the food on the shelf without letting us know while we were on a time span since it was our lunch break. When we got to my car the order wasn’t even correct. On the receipt it said everything correctly, so I’m not sure how they got it wrong. Either way we had to leave since we wasted our lunch waiting on food that was already done. Not going back :-)

Food is ALWAYS very good! The autumn squash and half sandwich is a perfect dinner meal. Highly recommend!

I like Panera Bread, but we walked in at about 8PM on a Monday night and every table was filthy. Even the ones that were«clean» looked disgusting. Really wanted to sit down and eat here, but there wasn’t a single table we wanted to eat at, so we got the order to go. I won’t be back until management addresses this.

I generally visit this location in the morning on my way to work to pick up bagels and an iced tea. The staff is very friendly and they always have my bagels cut and toasted really quick. When they see a line forming they all step up and help out wherever needed. Pants generally like between 9 – 12 different bagels and a variety of cream cheeses to choose from including reduced fat. They have 3 unsweetened iced teas which is nice an a sweetened green tea.

Lovely location, easily found with lots of parking. It was a sunny day so the fiancé and I decided to eat outside of the restaurant. I ordered the cheddar and broccoli soup and she got the Cesar salad. For drinks, she ordered their green tea. Our order came much quicker than I expected and the food was fantastic. The green tea on the other hand tasted like plastic. Aside from the drink, we had a pleasant time.

Panera is our go-to spot for inexpensive and quick healthy dining. The wife and I probably stop in at least twice a month just to get our fix. Yes, it’s true. I am a sucker for this Fuji Apple Chicken Salad. It’s really one of the best salads they offer, in my opinion. If you haven’t had this salad, do yourself a favor and don’t eat it. They should really call this the Crack Chicken Salad, because it’s really addicting! The salad boasts a great variety of flavor and pizazz from excellent ingredients. The fresh mixed greens with crisp romaine lettuce, hand-tossed in the perfect amount of white balsamic apple vinaigrette, and deliciously pungent gorgonzola cheese crumbles. Topped with tender slices of chicken breast, pecans, apple chips, red onions, and succulent vine-ripened tomatoes. Oh baby, you can’t go wrong! This salad makes my mouth and my belly happy. Even though I shouldn’t, I usually eat the side baguette by stuffing it with salad and making my own salad sandwich. The wife usually just laughs at me, and on-lookers appear weary of the man stuffing his piece of bread. But I assure you, every salad should be turned into a sandwich #becausedelicious! Don’t worry, if you read this and try it, I won’t judge you.

This is a huge Panera! And they have lovely outside seating! BTW, kudos to Alex! Poor guy was the only guy actually doing work the night I came in with some girlfriends. He was serving food, cleaning tables, refilling the green tea — basically he was doing everything and provided great service under so much pressure! Give that boy a raise Panera! That boy needed helped on a really busy Saturday night and no one helped — I even saw some co workers just talking, texting, and doing nothing.

So, my best friends and I went here for dinner about a week ago. I just wanted to give a shout out to Alex the server! When we got there it didn’t seem too busy, but after a while, more and more people started coming in. We had our meal outside and were able to see how it started getting busy. From where we were sitting, it seemed like Alex was the only server there that night. At one point during our dinner, one of my friends and I went inside to get a refill of our green tea drink(DELICIOUS!), but the machine was empty. We looked around to see if there was anyone that could help us out. We didn’t find anyone, so we asked one of the ladies behind the counter and she said she’d find someone to help us out. We we were expecting another employee/server to refill the machine, but surprise surprise… it was Alex. AHAHA! Anyways, just wanted to say thanks to Alex :) Keep up the good work!

I think all Panera Bread are generally the same. I think that sometimes the service at some are slower and other times the service at others are faster. This one was pretty fast at getting me my Frozen Carmel. I am a fan because they these really cool kiosks where you can actually order if you don’t want to order from a cashier! I haven’t seen these at Panera Bread in San Diego. I would definitely come back when I am in the area next!

The service is always friendly and helpful. The employees have been good problem solvers in my experience and seem to be well trained on the company’s products. I pretty much know what I’m coming to Panera for, so it’s not really a disappointment. It’s better than Subway or some other crappy place. Who really wants to make their own food sometimes anyway? I’ve never had a problem with the rapid pickup. Order before you leave work and wallah… food already made before you get home! Their pastries never disappoint and who doesn’t love free wifi? This is a good place to do work or study when it’s quiet… otherwise noise canceling headphones are helpful. Oh yeah… and the Bread in Panera Bread is always fresh and yummie.

Im not sure why I keep coming back here. The food is simply average. The sandwiches look and taste like something I can do at home even better. The pasta is actually pretty good. The mac and cheese is my favorite although today the cheese tasted like it could of been bad towards the end of the bowl. Its always creamy, and they use white cheddar. Salads are hit or miss. They come up with some interesting combos but I’ve had days where my lettuce was a bit wilted. A few times my order has been messed up here including today. My husband asked for his sandwich without the horseradish sauce on it and it was left on. The staff is pretty good at correcting the mistakes but it can still be a hassel to adjust. The prices are so high for what you’re getting. My little half sandwich, small bowl of mac and cheese and chips is 12 dollars. Ouch! The price should at least include a drink. The rewards program is a plus, and the pastries are pretty good.

If this was my first time at Panera Bread, I would have given it a 3. However, I have had excellent experiences many times in the past, so I still have faith in this place hence the 4 star rating. Also, I ordered the wrong drink and they fixed it for me no charge. Very professional and excellent customer service! My mom and I ordered the half sandwich half soup combo. I had the steak and white cheddar panini and my mom had the strawberry poppy seed & chicken salad~ we both had the broccoli cheddar soup which was really good but also really hard to mess up. Because we ordered a drink(green passion power smoothie, not bad — very refreshing) we were also entitled to a 99 cent pastry. The bear claw we chose was awesome. I love love love their pastries here. They even have a self serve microwave you could heat your food items in when needed, which in my opinion is very convenient. My sandwich was a little upsetting as the meat was dry and for some reason all I could taste was BLACKPEPPER. I was still able to eat it and it was good, I was just hoping I could taste the actual sandwich? Usually their sandwiches are sooooo delicious so don’t let my review scare you. My mom said the dressing on her salad was a little watery & that you could barely taste it. You arent obligated to tip– you dont have to at all. However, the tip is probably calculated into the price because it is a little pricey here for a simple meal. I recommend trying a frozen mocha though, soooo delicious ugh. Buuut. better luck next time! I believe in you, Panera! Still much love for you

First time eating at panera bread today, all I could say is I’m quite disappointed. They’re really nothing special, their bread is nothing special, and the two items I ordered today totaling $ 18 were both crap, and they were their most expensive items! Their lemonade was so sweet that it immediately hurt my teeth, and the soda I had after it tasted diet because the lemonade was so overpowering. maybe It was a bad day. Will try again.
