Good Americanized Vietnamese food, don’t come here if you’re expecting to try and taste authentic Vietnamese food, no fish sauce for dipping egg rolls is a minus in my book.

I usually go to the Saigon Noodle House but this place is just as great but with the amount of vegetables they put in, I’d say even better!

Phở is really good. The restaurant itself is very large and much nicer than the average phở joint. I got the rare steak phở & husband got the squid and shrimp salad with bbq spring rolls. All very good.

This place is really good. Very clean, reasonably priced, and friendly staff. Food comes out quickly and is freak’n hot, so blow on it! I burnt the hell out of the roof of my mouth on an eggroll, but it was so damn good, I didn’t care and kept eating it, so there you have it; food so good it’ll hurt you but you won’t care.

We ordered the BBQ Pork Banh Mi, the pork was good, too bad the bread wasn’t. If you like banh mi’s, I suggest going to Mira Mesa. The coffee slush is pretty good though.

Eh. It fulfilled my Asian good craving but it was nothing great. They spent more money on their decorations to create a nice ambience than food ingredients. Had lemons instead of the standard limes for phở. They meatball in the soup tasted funky. Phở soup was bland. I ordered the combo beef soup. Pork skin Spring roll did not have vermicelli noodles. I felt like I was jipped. $ 5 for three skinny aping rolls with little meat inside. Grilled beef banh mi barely had any pâté. Flavor kinda bland.

First timer! I’m in love! Ordered the chicken phở. Amazing! Egg rolls– addicting! And will be taking home a grilled pork ban mi sandwich! Fast clean and relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely come back with the rest of my family !!

First impression: very contemporary décor. Nicer than most phở/noodle joints. Quiet. And the restaurant is much larger than you expect from outside. Second impression: hostess/waitress is VERY nice. Food… We ordered Springrolls — not the best ever but tasted good. Phở was also good. Broth is a little on the mild side flavor-wise. 4⁄5 for food being what we expected(decent) but a little pricier than most phở. 1 order spring rolls + 2 large phở(just water to drink) = $ 23 We are used to cheap whole-in-the-wall noodle places.

Pretty average place you got here. Came here on a Sunday for brunch and have come here twice before. The service is pretty good, it’s the food quality that’s a bit questionable. The phở here is sub par and the vermicelli noodles with beef could’ve used more ingredients that just noodles and a few slices of beef. The pad see ew was less than average, with the noodles thrown together without being mixed into the sauce, and it seemed like they threw some vegetables, flat noodles(which looked long and uncut as compared to other pad see ew dishes I’ve had before), and some sauce that was a bit cold. The garlic wings they have tasted like they’ve been frozen and thawed multiple times with sauce thrown onto them as well. I wish this establishment was better, but after going three times and having an average experience, I won’t be coming back.

The girlfriend and I tried this establishment hoping to finally find our go-to Vietnamese restaurant in Temecula but were severely disappointed. We will never come here again. To be honest, we should have known not to even try a restaurant with a typical and tacky name like«Phonomenon» and expect for it to be authentic. First mistake. We should have known to walk right out of the door after entering what looked like an Asian Denny’s. Skeptical, but we still gave it a try. The worst part of our experience was the staff’s lack of service and of course, the food. We had ordered fresh spring rolls to start. Have you ever been so excited to have something you’ve craved only to be let down? The«fresh» spring rolls that they had brought to us were rock hard. This not only indicates that they were pre-made earlier and placed in the fridge, but that they are far from fresh. These spring rolls take less than 3 minutes to prepare. We kindly asked the staff to remake our spring rolls and what they did was bring the spring rolls back to the kitchen, rewet the rice paper, and brought the same rolls back to us. WHOAREYOUTRYINGTOFOOL? That’s low. Side note, what kind of vietnamese restaurant uses iceberg lettuce in spring rolls?! What a shame. This experience in addition to a sub-par phở broth is the reason I advise all of you to stay away from the restaurant.

Very cute Vietnamese place, everyone is so sweet here and they have some of the best food next to my hometown on San Diego. Thai tea is amazing, phở is to die for. Will definitely be back

Very quite and nice setting, even thought it is a Vietnamese restaurant but the setting is modern and stylish, which makes everyone feels welcome, does not matter what ethnicities. Been here twice, but did not check in with Unilocal. Finally, I will come back whenever I am in town.

Saw this place on Unilocal,so we decided to give it a try! We had a hard time finding the place at first because it was tucked in the corner by Panera. The place is pretty big and nicely decorated. The menu is fairly priced. We ordered different types of Phở and Spring Rolls. The Phở broth was on the bland side, but the meat was nicely cooked. The Spring Rolls were average, nothing special. Service was average. Nothing to complain about. Overall, I would give this place another try until I find a better Vietnamese place.

This is our first time here, and maybe it was an off day for the cook, but the noodles seemed under cooked, and while the meat was edible, was not cooked to Phở standard. For example, I normally order just brisket with my Phở, and the cartilage was too tough to chew and felt like bone. The broth was good and up to-par compared to most restaurants. We also ordered Thai tea with Boba and Vietnamese coffee. While the tea was good, the Boba was chewy. The coffee seemed a bit watered down and not as strong. We’ll be back for an update, hoping that it was really just an off day for the cook. The service was good. My wife and I just moved to Murrieta(just bordering Temecula) and in search of a good Phở restaurant. We’re from San Diego and Orange County where Phở is readily available.

Phở broth was pretty bland. Veggie phở was the same. Atmosphere was great. This place is very nice and really cool. Service was great. Very fast and very attentive. Made us feel at home. This place would be great if they could get a more flavorful broth.

I can’t ever complain about the consistency of great taste here. I know one common complaint is the slow service. The staff actually works super hard, and quickly if you watch them. The problem(coming from a former restaurant mngr in my 20s) is the seating system. They have people all over the restaurant instead of dividing small, closer sections. It’s too hard to be efficient when you’re running to all 4 corners. A food expediter-refill asst would also be a good start. For me, I just come with patience and wait for my delicious bowl of phở!

The restaurant is spacious and seemed very clean. A group of is went for lunch the other day when it was raining. I expected a big crowd and a long wait. Well, the crowd wasn’t there, but the wait sure was. Each of the four of us ordered a bowl of soup and two people ordered spring rolls. The service was painfully slow. Not just for the entrée either. The spring rolls took a while. Refills took a while. The soup took forever. And then it took more time to wait for the sprouts, basil, jalapeño, etc. More time for chili sauce and chili paste. Very disappointing. The broth was good, the noodles were decent. Very, very small portion of protein(beef in our case). I wouldn’t recommend this place. There are better and faster in town that deserve your business.

Okay, I am a fan of Phonomenon but the reason why it gets 3 stars is because of the suuUuUuUuuper slOoOOoOoOooOoooooow service. The last 2 times I visited, I swear I was about to grow a long, gray beard. The phở here is great and I love how there’s 2 sizes! The regular size is perfect for me — it’s like the only bowl of phở I can finish and not feel disgustingly full after. There’s something about their broth that is so flavorful. :3 I also LOVE their crispy pan fried egg noodles even more. Omg, that thing is to die for. You’ll just know when you order it. The texture and the sauce are perfection. Their egg rolls are yummy too(both veggie & regular)! Their menu offers a VARIETY of dishes. When I mean, variety, oh I mean VARIETY. You’ll see when you get there. It’s not just phở — there’s rice dishes, noodles, banh mi, hot pot, clay pot, just a whole bunch of good shit I have yet to try. BUT what holds me back is that I don’t want to wait for forever. Seriously, why do we have to wait longer than 30 – 40 minutes just for food?! This has happened to me with just phở only before too! That is ridiculous. The restaurant is über nice — probably the nicest phở restaurant I’ve ever set foot into. The décor is fancy and full of Asian accents. It’s def not like your typical hole in the wall phở restaurant. The servers are really nice, but please find a way to speed up service!

We love this place! Very clean and has nice décor. Booths or tables and lots of space for a big group if needed. Staff are super friendly and bring your order pretty quickly. They also ask if you would like condiments, or any sauces with your food. We tried the pork sandwiches, which were moist and crunchy inside with nice crunchy baguette on the outside. We also tried the vegetarian spring rolls — super crispy hot freshly made. Everything we ordered was excellent. Will definitely be back!

I enjoyed the food so much more last time I was here. I’m not sure what went wrong tonight. The service was ok. We had to ask for a lot of the side sauces that are normally present on the table at most Vietnamese restaurants. I ordered a fresh coconut first which usually always taste great to me but tonight it had a weird after taste. My husband got a milk tea boba(for me) and the flavor was one of the best Ive had but the boba tasted very old. It was tuff and hard to chew. We started with a traditional beef sandwich and the broiche bread tasted old and I thought it was packed with vegetables and not so much meat. I ordered the dry noodles with beef instead of my usual phở. Dry is definitely the best word to describe the dish. The beef had a lot of fat that became frustrating to eat at a point. When I come back Im sticking to good old phở.
