I’m a very frequent gap shopper, I love the way their jeans fit me, and the customer service is usually really great! I was looking for a new good pair of jeans and asked a woman to help me. I think her name was Cheyenne! She picked out the perfect color and fit! And also super nice and polite!(she’s the only reason I actually bought anything) Also, There’s a woman there every time I go, she has brown hair and glasses and I think her name is evelle? Something like that. Anyway she never smiles or welcomes me into the store. But she insisted on following me throughout the whole store as if I was going to steal something? Ridiculous. She always has a frown on her face and says just the bare minimum at check out. I think she’s a manager too! A manager should be a role model for other employees. And she is not it. She sets bad vibes for the entire store with her frown. Anyway! Thanks again Cheyenne for the awesome advice and customer service! You’re a natural! You’re the only reason this place is getting any stars at all! You should be teaching the other employees what real customer service is!

I love Gap. Most Gap stores have great customer service but this store, I’m not sure what’s going on because some of the employees are rude here. Especially the BIG guy with glasses. He seems unhappy, grouchy or something. He never say hi or welcome. I come here once a week but every time I see him he never ever smile at customers but he is always chatting with co-workers instead of giving customers better service. Gap needs to teach their employees about what customer service is. They used be better… I’m so sad giving Gap 1 star… :-(

Since when did the Gap start selling $ 70 jeans? What the heck? What is this 1969 brand about? I tried a pair on and they don’t really differ in feel with their regular $ 40 jeans. As far as store cleanliness and friendliness of sales staff; they do an adequate job. I usually go to the Gap for their thermal shirts and V-neck t’s. They’re cheap and you can usually get 2 or 3 for a sale price. But my goodness what’s up with the $ 70 jeans man??? Isn’t this the Gap…
