Journey’s

Hands down one of the finer restaurants in Southern California. We discovered this quaint white table cloth marvelous restaurant over 5 years ago and continue to be pleasantly surprised by their attention to detail the quality of their food and reasonable prices.
A magnificent view of the Pechanga mountains looms just beyond the glass walls and surrounds the restaurant.
Sit on the veranda to absorb the beauty of the greens, or nestle around the modern fireplaces with a favorite beverage. Never a cover charge, never a disappointment! Guaranteed

I have worn almost nothing but Old School Dr Martens boots for close to 20 years. I used to buy them online to save a few bucks. I can usually get 2 years out of a pair. I found that Journey’s in the Promenade mall in Temecula carried Docs, and they weren’t that more expensive than I could find them online, so a couple of years I bought a pair from Journey’s.
Well, I wore them to death, so after two years it was time for a replacement pair. I decided to buy my next pair from Journey’s as well. This time, the sole of the boots started to separate a couple of months after I bought them. I researched online to see if I could send them back to Dr. Martens as every pair I have bought over the years have lasted me a good 2+ years All I could really find was that I should take them back to where I bought them.
I was hesitant as I didn’t have my receipt so I kind of procrastinated another couple of months (all while wearing them with the soles separating and feeling a «squish» in my walk). Finally, just on a whim, I was at the mall and went into Journey’s just to see. To my surprise they were SUPER about exchanging them. They said that they have never seen Docs do that before and of course they would take them back (even 4 – 5 months later). Try that at the Vans store!
Their customer service is great. Super friendly — unassuming — great customer service! Not 5 but 10 Stars in my book!

Looking for some Uggs and regular boots, we found it here at Journey’s. The service was exceptional, the young lady was in a great mood and very sweet, she made our shopping experience a pleasant one. Found everything we wanted and left the store with a smile, can’t ask for anything else.

Christmas mall shopping can be horrific, so when my boyfriend and I strolled in to Journeys to check out new Chucks we got the pleasant surprise of stellar customer service and some laughs as a bonus which turned our hectic trip into a good time. First we got help from Jacob Eason who saved me from getting laces that were too short!!! Then Allison Peji stepped up and helped us look online for other shoe interests and found a winner!!! All the while Alex ‘Brown Kid’ Gonzales kept us entertained with comedic knowledge of the inventory. All three made our experience fun and enjoyable and not only did we purchase a couple items but we will be back and hopefully these three will be there.
Considering how busy and crowded stores get and how people can be rude or not be very helpful it’s obvious these three enjoy their jobs and they go above and beyond for their customers. Very refreshing esp considering how young they are so whoever is in charge of scheduling you should make sure these three work as much as they want to lol or at least have them train everyone else so that every Journeys customer can have a great experience like we did! This ‘Brown Kid’ will be buying from Journeys from here on :)
