Very nice people, great customer service. I was able to exchange a brand new set of shoes with no problem at all. My Best advise would be try both shoes on before you buy them, been doing that for years never had a single problem with there shoes.

I mean what’s not to like about one of the most popular companies in So Cal? Always great service when I stop by and you probably get asked three separate times by different employees if you need any help. It can get pretty hectic on the weekends but that’s about the only negative aspect. But that just goes to show how much people like Vans!

1 Star. Only because the Store Manager seemed kind when we spoke on the phone about my need to return shoes that were defective. All other managers I worked with were rude and condescending, denying me the right to return defective product. I have been a life long supporter of vans shoes, giving them more money than I could ever count. I will no longer ever shop at this Vans location, or any other for that matter. I’ll continue to buy vans product, but from retailers that provide great service. Vans in TEMECULA has absolutely horrendous customer service. Don’t waste your time.

Terrible customer services. They don’t stand behind there product. I brought in a brand new pair of vans to exchange. They wouldn’t exchange my shoes, the manager was accusing me of buying them from journeys. Nope I bought them at and it says on there website you can return your shoes to any vans store. I will never shop there again.

Okay, either you are a Vans lover or not but which ever camp you fall into chances are you know someone who LOVEs them. Well, this store really went above and beyond in making me a happy customer, and for an exchange even. First, Jenny was so helpful on the phone when I called to review their exchange policy. She encouraged me to come on in and she would review my purchase and see what she could do. Well she reviewed my purchase(nearly 60 days ago) and listened to the situation and then found the shoe online and had it shipped to us free of charge. And the item came in five days. Thank you Jenny and Vans team
