Bad customer service! The employees are not friendly at all! Also, don’t bother to help asking for different sizes or colors! Also the employee does not look happy working or talking to any customers at all! Not out problem! Leave the attitude at home! Learn good customer service !

Every time I’ve come in here, the staff has been rude and seem extremely bothered by your presence, let alone when you ask for a shoe in your size. When I ask if there’s a certain style I’m looking for, the staff is incapable of leading me in the right direction. Even with something as simple as: «I’m looking for a nude colored shoe with a 2 – 3 inch heel»… They look at you like you’re speaking another language. If you don’t like helping people shop– find a new job!

Rudest employees EVER!!! Had 1 (young, brown hair) employee walk right pass me (as I’m holding 3 pairs of shoes) to ask someone if they needed a size. Don’t even waste your time or money here. Can’t decide if they have crappier shoes or crappier employees!!!

Not all Reflections are the same. Some stores have a great staff. With that being said, the layout of the store was cute as well as its window displays.
Unfortunately, past reviews of their customer service are pretty accurate. As I walked in, I was not greeted by the 2* workers that were working at the time. They were way too interested in their conversation & couldn’t even scoot over as I had to WALK BEHIND one of them to see a shoe, because of course, she just didn’t have the consideration to move over for a customer. I was so close to coming back to take advantage of their bogo deal, but as a customer who didn’t receive customer service, I chose not to.

I had an awful experience here. I bought a pair of shoes, which broke the first time I wore them. I took them back and they refused. The owner told me that this wasn’t Macy’s, and once you buy it, it is a final sale. Complete waste!

Horrible customer service. My mom and I went in looking for a pair of boots. There are so many options that she couldn’t decide which ones to pick. The girl that was helping her was getting annoyed because she kept asking for sizes, she even said «WHAT?!» because my mom asked for a size. That’s when I told my mom that we should leave. My mom made it obvious that she was upset so as we were walking out her and her coworker started laughing. I have never seen someone treat customers so poorly.

i agree with all who think this place is awful. my daughter bought a pair of sandals there and wore them like three times. we did not have the receipt but brought them in just in case they could help out. it wasn’t even that they required the reciept (I could understand that for a refund), but they would not even look at the sandals without the «receipt or the box.» wouldnl’t even speak to me. they had the same pair right there!!! I was fuming and went back in to ask for the manager, and he replied that he was the manager, deadpan face. got home, and here is the box. now i have to go drive 20 more miles to face «it» again. worst experience and worst customer service ever! if i do get an exchange of shoes, i can guarantee i will never return to this rip-​off shoe store again!!!

I don’t write reviews on retail stores. (Just food) but this experience made me so angry I had to turn to Unilocal.First of all, I want to know how they pay their lease with the attitude & customer service they provide? RUDE! My daughter wanted a pair of $ 45 boots. We came here just for that. (Her friend bought them here) Walked in & an old Asian lady never greeted us. Acted like we were invisible. My daughter asked her for the boots in her size & she looked so annoyed! Wow! Then she had the nerve to stand there & yell out to us so my daughter can run over & get them from her. Lazy ass couldn’t even bring them to us?! WTF, is that? I’ve never experienced such horrible service buying shoes before! I told my daughter we need to leave. No way am I giving any money to this lady! We walked out, got a pretzel, sat on a bench and ordered the exact same boots online. Even though I had to pay an extra $ 10 & getting it a few days later, was well worth it to me. Reflection does not deserve any business! Crappiest place ever!

I had been searching for 2 months for wedding shoes. A wedding that I am in and that are just white and I walked in reflections and there they were cutest shoes ever! And thanks to my son was so helpful he picked them out for me, he knows my taste in shoes and the price! Was so right! and comfy heels… I was very impressed I found my new go to for shoes..

In an economy such as this I am surprised by the level of customer service that I receive. This store has absolutely horrible customer service. Horrible.
I know these shoes are cheap, and I don’t expect them to last me longer than the season. But the last pair of heels I purchased broke within the FIRST HOUR that I wore them. I am not hard on my shoes: I work in an office.
Their return policy is nil, and since their customer service is so bad I know that I cannot bring these shoes back.

Got a great deal with their buy 1 get ½ off, love it! Bought white sandals & black flats that fit me perfectly for about $ 20! Love this place!

Store has good prices and nice shoes but as for customer service? HAAA! What customer service? So the Asian guy stands around watching you as if your going to steal their display shoe. Like really? Aren’t you gonna ask me if I need anything and not make it so obvious your watching me as if I’m gonna run out with one shoe. Anyways me and friend go up to the counter but my friend needed to know how much the total price would be after it was hung up. The girl insisted that it was 45.88 after glancing at the price on the box but didn’t my friend asked how much the total would be after it was rung up? So after being told 50 times to just scan the dam box the b**ch finally scanned it and came out to 48.83. Exactly was that so hard? So I wanted to check out some other shoes so I asked her to hang on to the box for a sec. When I had came she put the shoes in the back as if I wasn’t going to get them in the first place! I proceeded to pay for to shoes and left. I will never come back to this store and their horrible «customer service».

I may not be a female infatuated with having to buy shoes, but I can spend my money the same way.
Came into Reflection because my girlfriend always looks at the shoes when we walk by… like Tel writes, customer service here does not exist. Prices, yes, seemed to be pretty reasonable, but who still wants to spend their money to someone that did the bare minimum to help you find your new pair of shoes?
If I knew a place across the way had the same shoe with a bit of customer service, I would’ve been there instead of here. Thankfully, after I had to figure out who worked at the store, I was told they don’t have a different color in a boot that they did have in stock. No extra effort to maybe point me in a different direction or anything.
It’s Christmas season, Reflection, cheer up a bit.

The workers here have no customer service whatsoever. There are no such things as greetings or salutations. They don’t offer to assist you. You have to come up to them, and even then, it’s as though you’re such a bother to their lives. They are not doing anything other than standing there or socializing with their fellow coworkers. I never find anything in here probably due to the fact that the customer service shapes my mindset and I don’t want to give them business. Their prices and sales are decent. But this Reflection lacks customer service, and should hire a completely new crew.

Good sales, nice boots, sandals, heels, and all other shoes! Friendly staff, and very attentive. If you’re looking for an inexpensive places to get some heels for your prom, or boots just because, I would highly recommend this place!
