They receive no stars. My wife and I went in to inquire about rc products that they carry, we weren’t even aknoweledged that we were there. So, I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Another couple followed us in also, they were not aknoweledged either. They left the same as we did. Not being helped. If I could leave ZERO stars, I would!

I came in for a part for my son’s R/​C truck. I had a picture of the part and the info my son had given me. I was almost sold the wrong part. Not a big deal. We were going off a picture and limited info. After about an hour there, Bob said he would have to order the part. Fine. No big deal. I get the part a few days later… wrong part. Again, not a problem. I came in to return it and Bob was very rude. I explained this part was to the wrong scale and would need to exchange it and his response was ‘Well, not according to the information you gave me.’ The rest of his remarks were not helpful and certainly not geared toward good customer service. I found all three experiences at this store not pleasant and definitely not good customer service.

I went in to this store to Spend $ 1300 on a quad drone (blade).
The guy behind counter was to busy talking to his friend for 15 minutes did not appear to be customer. The other guy by register would not help me. I will never go into this store again.
Would have been nice if he would of asked if I needed help. Did not even acknowledge me.
They lost a future customer.

After having some lunch and Asahi my friends detoured over to Hobby Town to look at rc airplanes and other stuff. We were greeted and assisted with rc items. Prices are not the best but way better than most things in Temecula! I really like their plane and car selection. It is a nice spot to get a rc gift as their are lots of interesting air, land and sea rc items!

Well you have to give it to all the people that work at Hobby Town (Bob David Rebecca and Yousef) they are all knowledgeable about their products they carry. I would give them 10 stars and recommend them to everybody. There is nothing I can say that is wrong with this store or all the people that work there

Had a bad encounter with one of the store employees. This individual was far from being courteous and helpful. He might have been having a bad day but why take it out on a customer? I felt an air of arrogance by the employee and an attitude of ‘I’d rather be anywhere else than here’. I was quite surprised at his attitude particularly when I can purchase most of the parts I need at
or other websites.
I certainly don’t want to divulge the employee’s name which might result in unnecessary discipline, but I doubt if I will ever be back.
This is not to say all the employees in this store possess the same negative attitude but as we all know, a bad apple can have an overall negative effect on the entire store…

Best R/​C prices in town, they are very helpful from the moment you walk in, even if they are with a customer they try to acknowledge you as you enter the store and say they will be right with you.
Very friendly and personal staff willing to talk R/​C all day it seems.
