I ran into them for the first time today. They seem to have a great location right by the movie theater. I’m sure they’ll get tons of business as the weather warms up. Warms up? This is Temecula, so I mean to say as the weather turns into a sweltering hellhole. But luckily there is some authentic shave ice to help out. This is not the typical chunky snow cones you get from most places, but properly melt in your mouth shave ice. It is very much like what I’ve gotten in Hawaii, best I can remember. It certainly is the best place anywhere around here. Now if they only can get some Dole Whip as an option for the center, then I’ll truly be in sugary heaven. Now I’ll just wait for someone to open up a shrimp truck, puka dog, and pickled mango stands and then I won’t have to spend the money to go back to Hawaii for my fix :)

every time we go to the mall my family and i come here. the owners are probably the sweetest people in the world, always friendly and caring! never have i been to hokulia and had anything close to bad customer service. they have some of the best kona coffee around and you can also get it mixed with their amazing coco… you will not be disappointed. highly recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic Hawaiian shaved ice. keep up the good work Edmond, you’re truly a great business owner.

Amazing! So yummy! Way way better than Bahamas bucks. This is authentic Hawaiian ice! I love the green paradise, 808, or Hawaiian sunrise fiesta style, with snow cap and ice cream! So gooooood! My friends and I are obsessed with this place! And always are taking about going back! Definitely a must try! And also the owner and workers are so friendly and warm!

Delicious shaved ice in Temecula, but you will think you’re in Hawaii! The tables give it the extra «Hawaiian shave ice experience» touch! My fave is The 808 with pineapple ice cream. Delicious & fun for the whole family! Took two families here and now they’re hooked! Can’t wait to bring my out-​of-​towner parents & tio (uncle) who live in Hawaii.

Great place! Tons of flavors, good ice cream options, reasonably priced, and generous portions. Ordered the Kona Sunset with macadamia ice cream and condensed milk. We loved it. My nephews ordered mixed varieties and they loved theirs as well. Very friendly owners and great shaved ice! Even though it was freezing outside, it was still worth it…

This place is not «just a snow cone.» It is a work of art. You get a HUGE bowl so be ready to share, no matter what size you get. I have been to some other Hawaiian shaved ice places, but this one was the best. I will be going here every time I am in town. My kids loved it too!

i grew up in Hawaii and i can honestly say, I really liked this place. I dont care for the location as its hidden and it sucks that summer is winding down and i feel like this place wont get much traffic being tucked away behind yard house. I loved the flavors we got as well as the size of the serving. I always love the pairing of ice cream at the bottom with shaved ice so if youve never had it like that before you HAVE to try it. I do have to say that the macadamia nut ice cream we had in my order was grainy for some reason. Im not sure if thats how that type was or if it had something to do with how they prepare or store it but ill definitely be back to give this place and the other flavors another try.

This place was such a great discovery! It’s been so hot lately and it’s been quite the cure. I tried it 3 x’s in one week since discovering it. I’ve ordered the Da Kine and the 808(tasted just like watermelon), both are so yummy. The Tiger’s blood is a delicious flavor. The sno cap always makes it better, but the shaved ice can definitely stand on its own. I like to go all out. I ordered it with a scoop of the macadamia ice cream and another time with coconut, always good! To top it off I get the sour added and it just magnifies the flavor. Very customized here! Love it! The customer service is always great as well! The owner came up to us last time to make sure we were enjoying our shaved ice, awesome, A+ for customer service! They also have these customized tables that fit your shaved ice cup! Whatever size you order, it is huge, so mouth watering delicious!

We took the whole family for Hawaiian shave d ice today. The four of us shared a large size which was perfect! It tasted great! None of us have ever had Hawaiian ice before and we loved it so much better than cheap snow cones. We will definitely be going back regularly!

I decided to try their shaved ice a few weeks ago. I was a bit leery, I thought this would taste like a regular icee, boy was I wrong. Their shaved ice was AWESOME! I recently tried shaved ice in Hawaii and was blown away so knowing that I can get shaved ice in temecula makes me very happy. Their customer service was also top notch, very friendly people. A bit pricey but well worth it.
