IHOP

This was the worst service everrrr! We literally watched at least four or five tables around us who came in after us get served their food first and when our food did come it is not all at once, it was one or two plates at time.
Asked to see the manager who never did come to see what I wanted.

Thursdays, you might want to call in advance to check the wait time. Were told 20 minutes but really more like 30. Plenty of tables available but not enough staff. When one couple asked to sit at the side where tables were empty, hostess responded waitress did not want more tables to wait on. Really? Anyway, our waitress was fast and the food was good.

Katrina is probably the best waitress I’ve had in a long time! She’s our waitress every time. Thank you for caring about our family Katrina! And congrats on the big family news!

Absolutely incompetent seating staff. They will seat 10 parties of 4 before one party of 8. A little patience and forward planning and our 20 minute wait would not have been a hour.

Took a little while to get to taking our order, but then got our food quickly and it was very good. An above average experience, we’ll be back when we’re in the area

Just waited about 15 minutes on a busy Sunday, food was served super quick, Candice was super sweet as well.

My experience there was very under-​whelming. Silly me I should have only ordered pancakes but I ordered eggs and sausage with that and I would think that is hard to mess up, but they did. Overcooked and dry sausage with wrinkles, loving the occasional pancakes I now have to go elsewhere.

Dish was nicely prepared. Service was good!
Waitress was pretty friendly. Place was pretty cleaned.

I was just in with my kids for dinner… Breanna greeted us am showed us to our seat… She said she would go get our waiter ., then she came back and said she will be our waiter … We lucked out because she provided amazing customer service … She was friendly. Like genuinely friendly n nice and I hope she knows what great waitress she is. Especially because I had my two lil ones with me a 1 & 3 year old… Sometimes some waiters don’t Have the patience … Thankfully she was our waitress because the other one didn’t look so friendly … Oh n the food was great. I got the yummy avocado n bacon omelette … :)

Went on a Friday afternoon and my server was America. She was friendly had a great attitude. Refilled my iced coffee checked on the food. The food was great had a French toast combo with sausage links, eggs and bacon.

I’ve always had good service and the food has been fresh. Their coffee is a bit watered down.

This was the best service I have ever had! Candice was so sweet and attentive to our table and making sure that we had everything we needed. She was the only one in here tonight and she was constantly happy never seemed overwhelmed! I will be back and will request to be in her section! She is the best waitress iHOP has!

Very clean IHOP. Food was very good and service was excellent. Patricia was our server and she is so nice and so helpful. I never order off a menu and when I told her what I wanted she fit it for me from menu selection. Kept glasses full, napkins coming, and was just plain nice!

It is the typical IHOP. Service seems to be decent for the most part, but our service the last time we came was horrible. We showed up at around 2pm. The place was dead. And it looked like they had one guy doing everything, taking orders, stocking, cashing people out etc. So there was one other table of 4 when we were seated. We asked for orange juices and waters, which took forever to come out. He had come back and we placed our appetizer order and he still hasn’t brought us our drinks. Our appetizer came to the table and he brought the drinks after (I think he realized he had forgotten them)… Then with our appetizer we had asked for ranch for dipping, which he also forgot and we had to ask for again. Super slow service and we aren’t really sure why because he had one other table going besides us. So later our food comes out and we barely begin eating and he brings us our check… Hmm okay yea thanks. Then he disappears for days and we’re waiting to get boxes for our leftovers and we wait for 15 minutes for his to come back and he never does. So we flag down some chick that works at IHOP and she brings us boxes. Just horrible service. He was slow with everrrrrrything but so fast to give us the check. Annoying.

We have only been here twice in a few months and the food was good, fast and inexpensive but what I really want to mention is our server. We happened into the same person both times and this time it made me want to review. Conroy was so friendly, attentive and quick that he impressed twice. The 2^nd time months later we remembered it was the same guy !! Great hire !!!

Came in on Sunday, 15 March with my three kids and we were seated promptly. The place had a Sunday crowd but by no means packed. We got our drink order in and got the drinks then proceeded to wait 30 minute with no one taking our order. I ask someone if we can get helped and proceeded to wait another 5 minutes, then we left.
I had about 3 waiters and bus boys walk around us while everyone got help except us.
