On February 282016, I had the misfortune of deciding to go to Jersey Mikes for Lunch. I ordered 3 managers specials and only received 2. I was asked 8 yes EIGHT times how I wanted a ham bacon and cheese sandwich and then she rolled her eyes at me. When speaking with the shift leader she said«I don’t care if it takes 12 times» Really??? The shift leader doesn’t care if I’m asked 12 times how to make a ham bacon and cheese plain sandwhich? This is the customer service I deserve for being a weekly customer of Jersey Mikes??? And don’t forget that I’m missing a Cali Club sandwhich I ordered. Oh that’s right I forgot to mention it 12 times for them to understand, so I guess that’s my fault as a customer. I’ve never met such rude and disrespectful employees. Are they exempt from having to provide curteous customer service and just take my order and charge my card so that I can go about my day? Is making sandwiches at the same skill level as brain surgery? The service that was provided to me was completely unexceptable and should not be tolerated by Jersey Mikes Corp. These employees should be fired immediately ! I can’t imagine that these employees are how you want your company represented.

I don’t always eat sandwiches, but when I do, it’s at Jersey Mike’s Subs! This Temecula location is amazing for a few reasons! 1. Service is phenomenal. They take the time to GREET everyone walking in! If the line is long, they take the time to let you know they see you and they appreciate you waiting and they’ll be right with you. 2. They enthusiastically and generously support local schools. They don’t sneer when you come in to support a fundraiser, they actually thank YOU! 3. The serving sizes are unbelievable. I am Vegan, so I love the Veggie with no cheese — lots of veggies and oil & vinegar. But my friends got the Tuna, and Roast Beef and they were LOADED with meat. 4. The ingredients are FRESH. The tuna and other meat is kept in the cooler where it belongs(not on the sandwich prep line like other places). The meat is freshly sliced to order. 5. Location is awesome. Located conveniently in the Albertson’s/Home Depot shopping center on your way up Temecula Parkway/Hwy 79 when you’re headed to all the beautiful resorts and wineries. ;-) Some reviews said the bread is «Cardboard» and flavorless??? — not at all! My Kids LOVED the bread and everything overall, and you know kids are honest and usually picky! :) If you’re in the mood for a quick, inexpensive, very fresh & healthy meal, choose Jersey Mike’s Subs. Thank you for supporting our local schools in such a friendly and generous way!

Friendly staff. Quick service. A little skimpy on meat in the philly cheese steak, but still good. Parking sucks, as is located in busy strip mall/Home Depot parking lot.

My fiancé and I love to try new places. We had always seen Jersey mikes at various locations but neither of us had ever tried it. We were curious. Sadly, he ordered a large meatball and threw out the 2nd ½ rather than eating the leftovers. I ordered a mini veggie sub on wheat… My comment was, «if I made this at home, I’d think I was a bad cook.» No Bueno. Not to mention, it was $ 25 for the two of us.

Really yummy sandwich, we got the Club Sub Mikes style, the bread was my favorite part! The employees were the friendliest I’ve ever experienced at a sub place. We will be back!

All I can say is I rather take a pass overpriced/subs noting to rave about ordered two number #42’s giant style no drink two cookies give the cookies 5 stars yummy fresh cookies so my grand total was $ 29.00 wow that’s pretty expensive for two soggy a$$ Subs all I can say it was a total disappointment. Both the subs were drenched with chipotle sauce the subs litrally fell apart once you took a bite of it. The bread tasted boring no flavor I really don’t know what’s the big rave about this place seems like a overpriced subway. The employees were great, friendly, fast, efficient give them FIVESTARS !!! Overall won’t be coming back give them a try but not my cup of tea.

It’s true. The staff is friendly and give good, speedy service. The place is clean. Maybe staff get 4 stars but the sandwiches don’t rate that high. 1) The bread = cardboard. Flavorless. 2) The meats are not as good as Rock N Jenny’s or Firehouse Subs. 3) I had a #13 Mike’s Way and it was boring. 4) The«red wine vinaigrette» tasted like watered down red wine vinegar. 5) The amount of vinaigrette and oil they drowned the sandwiches with was almost ridiculous. This is a national chain so I doubt they will change their products to make a better, superior sandwich. If they DID have fresh, flavorful, non-cardboard tasting bread and better quality meats then I would come back and give them another chance. Until then, no.

This review is based on the«buffalo chicken wrap» I ordered. Before I start, I want to say, because the service was awesome, I gave it 2 stars(0 stars for the wrap). Ordered, and waited about 5 – 6 minutes for my food. When it arrived, the wrap was super soggy(as if it had been sitting a little too long). I assumed the wrap would have been cold, however, it was warm… When I picked it up, everything oozed out(yes, oozed lol). I would NEVER order the buffalo chicken wrap again. However, I may possibly go back and try something different.

I’ve known about this place for a while but never stopped in to grab a bite, until I had to do so during my lunch break. I ordered an Italian sub, supersize, and it was just about perfect. I think I’ll pass on the red wine vinaigrette next time. Super sub!

I’ve tried Jersey Mike’s twice now and have been happy with both visits. Their sandwiches are really fresh. The ingredients seem high quality. Also, the young adults that work there seem really friendly & do a nice job. A little expensive for sandwiches, for our family of 4 it was $ 30 for just sandwiches, no sides or drinks. Will still come back.

We order subs very often from J Mikes in Temecula. The best thing about this place is that the food is consistently awesome! Great portion sizes, cold subs are fresh and cold, hot subs are fresh and hot. Just delicious. The other great thing about this place is the manager and all the employees, always professional and FRIENDLY!!! Indeed a rare find these days.

This sandwich chain makes Subway seem like a joke. They are probably the most amazing fast food sandwich chain ever. They are fast, friendly, employees are young, and energetic, and the place is kept clean. I recommend a giant #9, Mike’s way! They are located in a Home Depot parking lot so parking is never an issue. You may have to walk 20 yards but I’ve never had an issue.

Been here a few times and food is always good quality. Customer service on the other hand is way too invasive and prying. I dont want to get to know you or vice versa. I will continue to go to Subway because their staff doesn’t have some weird east coast persona

This location is the new kid on the block in the region. I used to frequent the Murrieta location for years, but I’ve checked this place out a number of times. Currently, the service at this store has been the most consistent out of the three in Murrieta/Temecula. The staff are always friendly and efficient. The space is clean and As for the subs, well, up to the Jersey Mike’s standard. I like how their sandwiches are made, especially Mike’s Way on my usual #8 Club Sub. The ingredients are made for each other. And that tasty bread somehow keeps most of it together. The only things I wouldn’t recommend getting are the hot sandwiches, only because I think the bread to meat ratio is unbalanced. Otherwise, you have a priority line to pay once you put in a Philly Cheesesteak order. You could always call ahead too and the food will be ready when you get there, no hassle. If you’re in that burger line next door, try out Jersey Mike’s. You won’t have to stand out in the cold or wait long for your food.

Very inconsistent! We stopped going to Subway because this place was so much better. They stood out because they put a decent amount of meat and cheese on the subs. Whenever we go now we always ask each other if it was a good or bad one. I can post a pic of today’s sub and show that it was mostly all bread.

I’ve been a big fan of Jersey Mike’s for awhile now. Definitely one of my faves. Jersey Shore’s Favorite and Italian are the best in my opinion and getting it done«Mike’s Way»(onions, lettuce, tomato, vinegar, oil and spices) is the best way! I always get the Mini which is plenty for someone like me. This location in particular had pretty good customer service. No complaints. The only negative is the parking situation. It’s horrible if its the weekends or dinner time. Not enough spaces and really small. Someone else suggested parking in the home depot parking lot and walking the extra steps. I second that!
