I went in on National Sandwich day when they were doing buy one get a sub free, and of course they were swamped. That was expected. Being a vegetarian I asked if he wouldn’t mind changing his gloves, the employee then went completely out of his way to make my sandwich separate to avoid any cross contamination with meat, so I was very impressed. I don’t know this employees name, but he deserves a raise or promotion. Thank you.

Came in to subway and got myself a six dollar combo it was they were fast and food was fresh drink and soda everything came out to only $ 6.48 I plan to come back here because the low calories of the food and I like Subway

I take my family to subway all the time and never had a problem till this one. Middle Eastern guy is a rude tyrant who yelled at new employee in front of customers. Checks coupons like an attorney and upcharges everyone he can. You walk out feeling ripped off 9.00 bucks for sandwich chips drink just cause he added guac. We live very close but will never go to this one. Complain to corporate office and they mite get rid of him.

This subway is completely lacking on «sandwich artist». Gave little to no veggies, cheese didn’t cover a 6in, had no idea what a little bit of spicy mustard was so poured on a lot of regular mustard. I for one will not be going back to this location.

I was first excited when this subway was remodeled because it was terrible before. The first time I went it and only ordered one sub, it was so good. I decided to come back and get three one weekend. It seems like the employees brains leave their head once they get more than one order at a time. They become incompetent and then make you feel like it’s your fault they don’t understand what«everything on TWOSUBS. Not three» means. This has not happened once, but twice! I believe the fault lies in their attempt to be efficient in time. Bad idea! They made such a sloppy sandwich that we didn’t even eat two out of three. Imagine how bad this was… They basically don’t know how to take orders and make a nice, edible sub. Pretty pathetic and disappointing to say the least.

Hot Food Tax! Ok, so it’s the law. I ordered a Black Forest ham on flat bread. Didn’t know about the law, and was charged too much. I was then informed about the law. Paid and ate. Next day, ordered the same thing but asked that it NOT be toasted. The price rang up the same as the day before. WHAT? How can that be? Asked to speak to manager, no luck. He stated that it’s preloaded in the computer and that the sandwich is supposed to be warmed. I let him know that I specifically asked that it not be toasted. They rang it up the same as the prior day anyway Not a fan.

I used to go to this subway all the time, but after the service I experienced today, I can assure you I won’t be back. The staff was rude from the second we walked in, only one staff member gave us any sort of greeting. Once someone finally came over and started making our sandwiches, it only got worse from there. The girl making my friend’s sandwich added her turkey and ham, looked at the sandwich, and then proceeded to take half of it off and throw it in back in the bin. The soda machine wasn’t working properly, and when we informed one of the«sandwich artists», she just looked at us and walked away. When it came time to ring up our sandwiches, I handed our cashier, Katrina, my card. She ran it through the machine at least ten times before telling us that this does happen sometimes. When I asked her if she could run it manually she said she wasn’t allowed and offered to just pay for our food with her own money. All this time, her manager was sitting in the back room, ignoring the fact that we had, at this point, been standing at the cash register for at least 10 minutes. We declined Katrina’s kind offer and asked to speak to the manager. Finally the manager, Teri S, comes to the front, tries running my card herself, and then says to me, very rudely, «Can’t you just go get cash from someone and come back for your sandwiches?» I responded by pointing out that her machine was faulty and this was not my error, to which she said«YOUR card is faulty». Now, I use this card all the time, and I have never had a problem anywhere else, but she actually expects me to drive all the way home, and then come back and pay for my now cold and soggy sandwiches? This girl, Teri S, is a horrible manager who would rather hide in the back room and allow an employee to pay, out of pocket, for our food than come speak to us herself. It’s a manager’s job to smooth over situations such as these and all I got from her, once she finally appeared, was a bad attitude. I, myself, work in the service industry and I know for a fact if I treated a customer in that manner, I would ATLEAST be written up. I can’t believe this Subway allows it’s employees to talk to people this way. I’m appalled.

Bummer — used to love the staff here but went back and nobody looked me in the eye and seemed annoyed they were making my sandwich. Guess I’ll save my gas money and go to the Subway with crappy service closer to my house.

Worse subway I have ever been to. They skimp on the meats and veggies. there’s this middle eastern guy who’s very rude. Everytime I go there, I always get stomach ache. Been there twice hoping that the first time was just a bad day but unfortunately the second time was just as bad. So, I will never ever go to this Subway again. Beware. Unsanitary, rude, bad service.

what can I say? I’m a Subway fan. In the face of Carl’s Jr., McD’s and all the other Bells, Kings and whatnot — Subway takes the cake every single time. This Subway gets five stars because the people were super friendly and the food(as always) was stellar in a ‘I know what I’m going to get’ and ‘my stomach isn’t going to get wicked bloated from fast food’ kinda way. Three cheers for a Subway Club on white, no cheese, lettuce, tomato, black olives, cucumbers, salt and pepper.
