Bought engagement ring here after traveling to over 10 different jewelry stores in San Diego and riverside counties. Kevin here in Temecula gave me the best financing I’ve seen (36 months interest free) and helped me custom designed the ring for my fiancé.

Will never shop here again. I brought a custom made ring, was promised it would be ready in 4 to 6 weeks. Six weeks past, no phone call, i go to the store, they act like they are checking for something, then say oh the ring is on back order from the vendor, really you could not call me and let me know that. Now 8 weeks past, still no call, i go too the store, now i am mad. They act like the calling somebody, so i say give me the number to corporate, then they say if you want can give you a discount or refund my money, i said give me my refund, surprised they did it since on the receipt it says no refunds for special orders, guess since it was over two months, and no ring they gave me my money back.

Don’t go to Kevin Jewelers in Temecula to sell your unwanted gold! I had already done my homework before going in and knew that my gold was worth approximately $ 1400. Two of the items were gold coins, 91% pure gold and the rest were gold rings and chains, 10k-​14k gold. I went in with a coupon stating that they would pay a 50% bonus plus a free vacation to Las Vegas. Now mind you, I knew that they would not pay $ 1400 but I thought they would pay at least $ 1000-​$ 1100. Not! They offered to buy everything for $ 780. Of course I refused and asked why she weighed the gold coins with the rest of the gold. She could not answer. I sold everything on Ebay for $ 1300. So, rule of thumb, if they try to rip you off, remember, they are in that business. I will NEVER buy anything from them.

Kevin Jewelers is a TOTAL rip off! Went there today to purchase jewelry and decided to take a cluster diamond and platinum ring (multiple diamonds just under a carat each) to trade in and they offered $ 250 and an inflated price for their ring. Thanks for the good laugh Kevin Jewelers! Snotty staff, poor policies and rip off the customer mentality!
