Burning Man braids! I can’t tell you how lucky I was to have my cousin recommend Jovan. I never had braids before and heard stories about tight painful braids, and being the most tender headed person ever, I put braids off for years. Well, Jovan has the hands of an angel. She didn’t pull my hair once and I didn’t have any pain! The braids stayed in place and looked like the day she did them even after 2 weeks in the harshest environment on earth. I had people stopping me everywhere I went to complement my hair. I will be back next year and I’m bringing my 10yo daughter too. I almost didn’t post because I want her all to myself. :)

Once again the ladies (jovan)at pd4u have done it again. Standard individual braids color are burgundy and black my favorite. Love my curls at the end and my hair is so soft. If you want braids this is the place to go. You will leave happy and pretty!

Ladies Perfectly Done 4 U is the perfect name for this business. Jovan has been doing my braids for about 8 or 9 years and I love them everytime. Like my cousin Bri said (below) I have a lot of hair and I’m not in the chair so long my day is gone. I’m in and out and still can enjoy my day. Jovan is the best in the land. I’m addicted to her braiding style, because her braiding techniques are like no other. Let me break it down for you if you’re still not moved. I moved to VA and tried several braiders and none could touch the gift Jovan possess. Just give it a try and I promise you won’t be let down.

Your braids are completed in a timely manner, you are entertained in the process, you are provided with pointers on keeping your hair healthy while in braids and cute styles to match your braids and face. I love Jovan’s service and her unique styles of braiding. I have a ton of hair and she gets done in a good amount of time. She is very professional and keeps you entertained the whole time with good conversation. Normally when my friends get braids they tell me how their edges broke off, I’ve been going to only Jovan for years now and my edges haven’t broke off. Highly recommend her.

I absolutely love Jovan’s work. There are so many braiders who know how to braid and no clue how to style and cut. Jovan never leaves her customer’s looking like «cousin it» as most braiders do. Unlike other braiders Jovan supplies the hair, so there is no additional drama of getting the wrong type of hair. Jovan does far more than just braiding, her extension work is beyond being on point. For anybody wanting to learn how to cut and style all types of hair I recommend you attend Jovan’s styling classes. Jovan also has a really good and professional attitude. Your hair looking good the moment you leave Jovan’s chair is just the icing on the cake for her awesome and pleasant attitude. Jo’s work is definitely worth the time and money, and trust me she’s quick, very far from slow, and she doesn’t ever overbook, so no waiting.

I myself have been going to Jovan for awhile now I currently live in Temecula and will make the drive to San Diego to get my hair done and yes she’s that good and worth the drive, I have had different braid stylings and different hair dressers but she is the one that did my hair the way I liked and gave different inputs on what would look good on me she is willing to go the extra mile for her customers and then some, so if u want ur hair done right call Jovan or visit

Jovan is simply wonderful. I met her in Walmart and her hair was oh so cute. Once I was ready to come in for an appointment I was amazed at the short amount time it took (about 4hrs) for her to finish and I literally look 5 – 10 years younger. I love getting my braids done by Jovan she is professional, her braiding style it awesome, and she is centrally located. She definitely the BEST braider in town. Thank you Jovan! Jovan braids my hair literally perfect every time I go there. She is so quick and can really get you in and out. She doesnt take breaks and maintains professionalism at all times. She is punctual and if she is running late, because of other clients, she lets you know in a timely manner so your not just sitting there waiting. Her prices are very reasonable and she really know A LOT about hair. She is by far the best braider I have ever been to. And she only used like 2 packs of hair on my head when other braiders use like 5 or 6 so its soooooo much lighter!!!
