Sam did an amazing job with my Brazilian Blowout, she didn’t rush and made sure to take her time. I have really frizzy, long, wavy hair so a lot of stylists tend to get overwhelmed and rush but not Sam!

Sam was amazing. She cut my hair to the most precise point. She was very personable and I was able to connect with her immediately. She takes her time and had immense product knowledge. She introduced me to the Kerastase line, which is the line that they use at this salon (The only salon to carry Kerastase in Temecula). Before finding Samantha, I was on the hunt for a stylist that could cut just as precise as my old stylist Emily who got married and moved to the San Diego area with her husband. In other words, the drive to San Diego for a haircut would equal a really costly haircut with gas expenses. Samantha not only ties Emily in her talent at knowing what the customer wants but also takes the time to bond with the customer in order to facilitate stylist-​customer communication. Samantha has now become my new favorite stylist as she really gets what kind of style I’ve been going for. Sam not only knows how to make you smile with your haircut but also understands detail and is able to execute that level of detail in her work. If you’re looking for perfection in a haircut along with some laughs, Sam is the stylist for your perfectionist needs. A+. Highly recommend to anyone! :)

BUYER BEWARE!!!
My daughter went in for a Brazilian Blowout and it didn’t take. No need to mention that we have had a blowout done before on her (about a year or so ago) and it was awesome so we know what it is supposed to look like! I called and spoke to The Studio’s Manager and instead of hearing my concerns, the Manager decided to give me a lesson on what and how the Brazilian is supposed to be. As I proceeded to remind her that we have had one done before and I know what it is supposed to look like and she continued to explain it again.
After telling her she was repeating herself she said «We don’t offer refunds on service and the best I can do is give her a wash/​condition treatment/​blowdry (she called it a blowout) as we wouldn’t recommend another Brazilian since it has been under two weeks.» Ok, well let’s schedule the appointment to do it again in two weeks! I paid over $ 265 with tip for the Brazilian Blowout service so my daughter could start school feeling good about herself, how could the Manager possibly think that a service such as the one she offered (probably runs $ 30 tops) would even compare to what I paid???
We should have gone back to that salon, not sure what I was thinking trying out something new. Unbelievable and horrible customer service, no customer sympathy and no willingness to work with us. I had considered going here for my own hair as well but will not even think twice about it now. Now I await a call from the Owner because the Manager has no way of going above policy to satisfy a customer.
Do not go to this place, they are not willing to work with you.
