Sometimes you stumble upon someone who is truly good at what they do. Our photographer was fantastic. He was great to work with and caring and patient throughout the session. He answered all our questions and provided thorough customer service (fast, professional and helpful). Our daughter hardly smiles but he created a comfortable, enthusiastic and fun environment for her, so that she could. The deal we got was amazing and we recommend! We are very fortunate to have found a great photographer who captured our most precious moments at both a reasonable cost and immediately-​digitally-​available option.

I was never the type of person to take photos at a department store, because it reminded me too much of my childhood. My mom would do it annually during the holidays and I hated it.
Now that I’m a mom, I’m doing the same thing but not for the same reasons. My mother has specifically requested that I bring my daughter to get professional photos done at a department store studio. I did just that and sent those photos to her. It became such a hit, I started doing it every three months for her milestones…3 months, 6 months, 9 months and we plan to do a year as well.
I decided to get the membership card because the people here are nice and they know what they’re doing when it comes to getting my daughter to smile and laugh for the camera or even to look at the camera since she’s so curious at this age.
Besides them spelling my last name wrong and from time to time overly airbrushing my photos (I usually request that they re-​do it and they would throw in free photos to make up for it as well) I would say they do a rather good job here.
