I placed a one time order. Less than a month later Proactiv charged my card for another order that I never authorized. Proactiv claimed that automatic shipments was stated when I placed the order. Fortunately, I took a screen shot of the order I placed and automatic shipments was never stated.

I was very disappointed to learn that the 4oz toner, that is usually abouy $ 20 has increased to $ 30.The rep informed me that the cause of the excessive price increase of the product was because Proactive was discontinuing this item. When I left the kiosk I called proactive and spoke with a customer service representative. I was informed that had I bought the same toner over the phone it would have only cost $ 12.95 plus shipping and handling. She also let me know that there were no plans to discontinue this product. I will never buy from the American Kiosk in the Temecula promenade again.
