Not good, ordered the shrimp fried rice and the shrimp were not cooked and still a little cool. When I said something he said he would let the kitchen know… still brought a full bill. Won’t eat here again.

Egg foo yung and Spicy garlic crispy beef. Both were good, bottom of the foo was a little over cooked. Both sauces were very yummy. The best part here is the ambiance and service. Very fast for such a nice restaurant. Authentic flavors. Fortune cookies and pillow mints. Lunch(after the lunch specials were over) and two beers cost $ 33 which is a great deal, especially since we left with 1⁄3 of the egg foo yung and ½ of the beef. Rice was also included and served to us upon arrival at our table. Can’t forget fried wonton chips to start. We would come back and we would probably try different plates but still liked this place enough.

First time ordering from this place, i have heard many good things but I am always skeptical after finding restaurants I am familiar with to try new ones. Well i am glad I did. And get this, the deliver! Best thing ever. Nice to have food delivered other then pizza. So we ordered the orange peel chicken, chicken lomein, and the children lomein. $ 27 including the $ 2 delivery charge. AMAZING, the food was so flavorful and hot. Recommendation, plan on a 45 min to one hour delivery window. Mind came sooner, however, most pizza places take that long always.

We love this place for lunch. For dinner, its a little pricey for my family. The lunch specials are a great value though. You get soup AND salad or eggroll, rice and entrée. We have tried a few other sitdown chinese places in the area, and usually end up wishing we went to Red Ginger instead.

I never write reviews… but tonight warranted this review. If there were negative stars just as there are the positive ones, without hesitation, I would have definitely given this restaurants and it staff a NEGATIVEFIVESTARRATING. This restaurant employees have no clue about sanitation and cleanliness… just disgusting. «„„„„„„„„„„I saw the waitress cleaning a table after some people finished dining. She then picked up all the black napkins off the table, threw them on the floor to wipe a spill. As if this was not enough, she stepped on the napkins, moved them back and forth with her foot to wipe the floor clean of the spill. Shen then picked them up from the floor with her bare hands, and at that point I was wondering if she was going to wash her hands before serving us, I followed her to the kitchen area,…she stuffed the napkins in a bin full of other used napkins, she then picked up plates and a big serving tray and began a conversation with another person in the kitchen area… SHEHADNOINTENTIONOFWASHINGHERHANDS…““““““““““»””””“ I called her attention very gently, as to not disturb the restaurant’s atmosphere, and attract all the other guest’s attention… I explained the situation to her quietly, but everyone else standing by the cash register and in the kitchen wanted to be a part of the situation and my conversation with the waitress… the waitress was taken, was baffled, and was lost for words and didn’t know what to tell me. But a man standing behind the register came to her rescue and told me, yes she did wash her hands… BUTOFCOURSETHATWASNOTTRUE… I witnessed the entire situation from the beginning to end. That waitress happened to be the one taking our order… I sure did not want my food to be served by hands that were soiled by bottom of shoes that had been everywhere, not to mentioned the restrooms… ITISABSOLUTLYDISGUSTINGANDAPPALLING. Just left and most likely will not return. We have been here a few times and it’s never had that wow factor at all. The food comes out warmish and the flavor is not that great. Kind of blan. The biggest issue I had was that the salt and pepper chicken wings had hair all inside the wings. Not human hair. Chicken hair that was not plucked all the way. I thought that maybe it was just a bad batch and sent them back. However, I waited another 20 minutes for the second batch to come out and it had the same problem. Not once did I get an apology or really any acknowledgment that it’s totally unacceptable to have chicken feathers still in the chicken. Not to mention that I ordered the meal for my 5 year old. Just overall a huge disappointment. Jade China in Murrieta is actually really good! (update to my review. I received a very nasty message from«Ana T. «please be careful when leaving bad reviews for this establishment. This is quote what was sent to me «wow you really are a bitch! Ugly too! You cheap ass mother fucker. I feel sorry for anyone who has to serve you. And truth be told, you went in looking for a discount or free food. Get a life white trash!» Let me mind you that not once did I ask for a discount or free food. The dinner only costs 20.00 for my fiancé and I. My poor son sat there and watched us eat since his chicken had feathers in it. Which, let me remind you is completely against health codes. We were never rude and still tipped the waitress at least 15% All I wanted was an apology or some type of acknowledgment to the situation. Instead we got cold shoulders. Ana T. I’m sorry you feel this way. Your reaction was and is completely inappropriate. I would never speak to anyone like that. Maybe instead of taking your aggression out on your customers you should hire new cooks… Just got another nasty message from this establishment. I’ve never been so disgusted with another human being treating someone this way. Shocking to me they’re still in business. This is another message I received from Alex R. «oh boy you are a class A bitch. You’re the wife that is always bitching and is never satisfied or satisfies, loser» Yeah, ok buddy. I’m the loser alright… What a horrible restaurant!

Gave 3 stars because delivery service was great. She said it would take 40 mins and it took 40 mins. Delivery was an extra $ 5 and I gave a $ 5 tip which was worth me not having to leave my house on a rainy evening and drive 15 mins there and 15 mins back. The food was mediocre. Nothing to write home about. I had sweet n sour chicken. It was hot upon arrival, however, I didn’t like that the chicken wasn’t already marinated in the sauce, the sauce was on the side. Hubby had Kung pao w/no complaints. We also had a side of the fried chicken n dumplings… again, mediocre… I never ate there before and probably won’t have it again unless I’m desperate and no other Chinese joints are open.

Food is flavorless and portions were small. We ordered the lunch specials. I had the chicken chow mein and it literally was a small plate of barely seasoned noodles. The garlic chicken had some flavor but lacked luster. The service was good and that’s why I’m giving a 3 star instead of 2. Definitely will not be going back. Panda Express is waaaaaaay tastier!

I have been going to this place for many years and think it is wonderful! The service is great, and so is the food! It is also very well decorated so we dine in when we can. I also get take out and never wait much longer than expected. One time I ordered shrimp fried rice and they didn’t put very many in there. The next time I reminded them when ordered the next week and they gave me extra! They take care of their customers and because of that I am loyal!

I have been here several times, I only order the twinkle walnut shrimp. Never dine in, always take out. The food is okay, but the girl up front is super cute. 5 stars for her.

If I could give zero stars I would I order a wonton soup to go for my lunch. Come back sit down to eat it notice little things floating in my soup. Scoop up the soup not just one bug multiple bugs. So gross I can’t believe that. This place is dirty never ever going back there glad I didn’t order anything else terrible.

Very bland food. We had to send 2 dishes back because there was just no flavor. Very disappointed. Great customer service, however. They were very attentive. And we shared our one last entrée, which also tasted bland… purely because at that point we felt bad sending anything else back. We will not be visiting here again. Thankfully we have much better options from where we usually dine in Orange County.

I got takeout from this place. The food was very good and the noodles were Decent but if you call in an order it would be nice if they would let you know that you pickup the to go order in the back. I sat up front and had to have someone in line tell me. Are you waiting to get a table? I said no. Takeout. And they said oh that’s in the back Place is nice and clean and ambience is nice

Went here on a Saturday night with my family because we were craving for Chinese. To provide some background, we are cantonese-chinese people and so we obviously know what authentic food is in our culture. So yes, I will be a bit critical, but that is because of who I am. We’re new around this area, and want to try experimenting certain places. So we wanted to see if this place fitted under the ‘authentic’ category or not. We ordered the house lo mein, beef chow fun, and chicken fried rice(I know they have crispy duck… but we didn’t want to risk because we didn’t know if it was roasted duck, peking duck, some duck…) because we were craving for that. Those are like, basics that we as a Chinese Family would eat… otherwise this restaurant did not have wonton noodle soup, any dim sum dish(aside from small sesame balls), etc etc etc We received these fried wonton skins(I don’t remember if that’s what they’re called). You dip them in the sweet n sour sauce. I have to admit, those tasted better than the entrees we ordered. All entrees were very mediocre, slightly greasy, and just so plain in taste. Had to add salt. We liked the hot sauce more than the chili«sauce» since it was less oily and tasted better. Still though, it was a disappointment to have to try these foods. They look good, but the taste did not leave us very satisfied. I don’t know if they had chopsticks there to use… I’m use to eating these foods with chopsticks but I didn’t want to be a bother on a Saturday night. So I just dealt with my fork… In terms of how this place looks, it loos pretty nice. It’s not huge, but it’s pretty clean. Staff was friendly. Prices were fine. Not going to return however. I’m not a fan of fusion.

Extremely dissapointed. I ordered some steamed pork dumplings(picture uploaded), and opened up the container after bringing them home, only to find the entire bottom of the box soaking with water. I was apprehensive about trying them just from their repulsive appearance, but I had spent roughly $ 8 on this order, and didn’t want to immediately trash it, though I wish I would have. The dough was extremely thick, soggy, and pasty. Not cooked all the way, much like the raw pork inside. Raw pork is extremely dangerous. The meat to dumpling ratio was way off, and I didn’t bother to even swallow that sad excuse for food. I would recommend others to think twice before ordering from here. P. F. Chang’s is gourmet compared to this.

Not terribly impressed. The positives — they deliver and aren’t too expensive. But he food itself left a lot to be desired. We tried a number of dishes — there were a few that were terrible, the rest was mediocre. Sadly, won’t be ordering again.

Had lunch at Red Ginger for a party of 10. We were seated at a long table with very comfortable leather hugging chairs — not your typical dinner table restaurant chair. We ordered two of the following items: Won Ton Soup, Salt and Pepper Pork Chop, Shrimp Lo Mein, Shrimp Fried Rice and Beef Brocolli. We also had three orders of their Twinkled Walnut Shrimp. Everyone agreed that the food was delicious and of very tasteful quality. The only dish I did not favor was their Beef Brocolli as it was overly salty for my personal taste buds. Everyone else seemed to think otherwise as both orders were finished. For $ 158 total for everything that we ordered, it was definitely worth it. We all left full and very satisfied… My only complaint is the A/C in the restaurant. Our table was directly under a ceiling fan, but that did not help at all. Didn’t feel any central air conditioning inside and since it was a 90 degree plus day, it was uncomfortably warm in there

I’m very disappointed with my first experience. First off have the correct change the driver did not have the correct change. So I ended up having to tip more then wanted. Next I got the shrimp with black bean sauce. Everything was fine except they used Tooo many onions. The fried rice was crap.

Red Ginger is good olé comfort Chinese food. They have several options on their menu to choose from. The décor is very nice inside. Its got black and dark red colors. It’s not a huge restaurant but big enough to serve a good amount of people at once. The service is always fair. The girls are quick to greet you and visit the table often. Tonight are service was especially good I feel. When our courses were brought out the waitress dished them on to our plates which I did not remember. They always box up your left overs for you too. I had the seasame chicken which was very crispy and flavorful. My husband had shrimp lo mein which also tasted good. We shared some wonton soup that hit the spot on this rainy/cold day. The dumplings inside the soup are yummy. The portions are huge so you will definitely have enough to share and bring home leftovers.

We Unilocaled this place while passing through the area and very happy we found it. Easy to find and arrived to find a busy little restaurant. Very nice place too, roomy booths and tables. Seated immediately by a very friendly hostess. Within 90 seconds of sitting, the Server was there offering drinks. For appetizers we ordered the Wings, the Pan Fried Dumplings and Cheese Won Tons. All were good, but the Wings are outstanding. Perfectly seasoned and crispy. We decided on the Black Pepper Beef Tenderloin. This was just awesome as well. Definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to return.
