Horrible !!! Ordered fire glass and wrong size and sent me 1 lb instead of the 10 lbs I ordered. Spoke to the general manager and told Google made a mistake with the ad and they would not be able to do anything. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Would not recommend based on my experience.

After searching Google for fire glass to bring our fire table to life I too came across Fireglass San Diego and gave them a call They were unfriendly and unprofessional over the phone. I then called Starfire Direct and went to their showroom in Temecula. Not only was the customer service exceptional, but they have a miniature fire pit and showed me how the different kinds of glass looked while burning. What a class act! I am so glad that I found them! Don’t waste your time and money dealing with many of the others who sell inferior products and don’t value your patronage. I HIGH RECOMMEND Starfire Direct!

Great customer service. After searching Google for this stuff, I came across fireglass san diego and called them up. They were rude and unprofessional over the phone. I then called Starfire direct and received a very friendly lady on the line who answered all my questions with a very peasant demeanor. I live in Chula Vista and drove all the way to Murrieta to see the color options with my own eyes. I was very pleased and treated the way a customer should be. I drove an hour back home instead of the 30 minutes from fireglass sd (blah) and installed my new h burner and glass. I couldn’t be happier.

I had a lot of questions but Lindsey was able to narrow down what I was actually looking for. In the end I was able to get the help I need and the questions answered. I probably could have gotten everything researched on their website, but sometimes its nice to talk to someone to make sure Im ordering the write thing.
In the end I liked how knowledgeable, they were and that I was able to get my fireglass and firepit all in one go. I already recommend them to friends but if I ever need another firepit I will come back to them. Good customer service is what brings me back every time.

Super helpful company if your looking for how to get started with Fire glass, Gas Log sets, Fire pits, Fireplace Screens, Tool sets and much more. I scoured the Internet looking for the best advice and finally (and luckily) spoke with Starfire direct. Their selection and prices you can’t beat them. I tried everywhere and nobody has a better selection or offered the help in what to buy as Starfire direct did. You won’t be disappointed with them. I wasn’t and my Fire pit looks great with my blue glass.
