I wish I could give it less then one star. First I took off work six times between July and the end of August. I called them and had an appointment for let’s say Monday at 10 – 12. Three of the six times they did not come out on their appointment time. Sometimes even days later. This was lost wages for the family for waiting around the house for an appointment that never happened. I have been deployed for two years over seas and after talking to my wife as we have the plant control she tells me this is always how it has been. This is reason for a refund as any business dose not stick to their appointment is not holding up their end of a contract. Second this was distasteful, we call terminix when we see the FIRST gopher pair of holes. The FIRSTPAIR. In a few days to a week an inspector comes out, now there are a few holes by the time we see him. We called for gopher service not an inspection but ok that is how they do it. He try’s to upscale us on termite service and other services but we just get the gopher.(we already had their pest service but that is ok that he didn’t know we had an account with them) I felt like talking to a used car salesman with all the upselling. We pay 135 $ and they come out a week later they place bait and say in seven days call if you see holes. I call on the seventh day! We get an appointment 7 – 10 days later. They come and bait more holes. By now they spread from the left side to the right side. Every time we call for them to come out they say well if you have a garden it’s hard for us to control them. We reply we lost our garden a full year ago due to ants and we tore it down it’s just GRASS! Oh and by the way we have your ant service too for the last two years! 6 times over three months with paying two 40 $ follow on service fees. Three missed appointments on their end and I have PHOTOSOFTHEMSPREADINGTOMYGOODGRASS, WEAVG40 + HOLESBETWEEN their services but we call on the seventh day every time. The tech on the second time said well the worst I have seen was 4 services to get rid of them. On the sixth time I had enough because oh there is a whole family in multiple areas now. I canceled my terminix service and called another service the sameday. ONTHEFIRSTBAITWITHTHENEWSERVICEALLGOPHERACTIVITYISGONE!!! I asked for a refund as they did not keep appointments and they after 6 times it only spread through my whole yard. On the first time of paying another company 100% of every area has had 0 gophers. Their own supervise won’t call. They just tell corporate they denied our refund because we didn’t give them a full chance. We called on the first hole and I took pictures each week as they spread as proof. This is by far the worst service I have had. We lost our garden due to ants and they tell us we only protect the home not your lawn… Ok I don’t want a refund I’ll eat that cost and move on but the missing appointments and massive spread of gophers when another company dose it in one shot… TERMINIXSTANDBYYOURCOMMERCIALSANDWEWANTOURREFUND. Update: manager did not call us and had to call back to corporate, while on the phone with corporate they tried to call the store manager and he did not answer. This is now elevated to the regional manager. Waiting now 24⁄48 hours for his phone call now.

We had our quarterly service appointment ignored on three separate scheduled appointments. No technicians ever arrived at the appointed times. We escalated to customer service on the second ignored scheduled visit and were told that our branch manager was contacted, however, upon the third scheduled appointment no one arrived and instead, when I logged online saw our service was rescheduled and cancelled without notification to us. Very poor service with no respect, communication or regard to customer time.
