Great flavor and topping selections, open til 10pm for those late evening cravings! Flavors are updated and changed out pretty frequently offering a great variety. They always have a non dairy choice as well for those that are lactose intolerant.

My family and I visited The Yogurt Factory for the 1st time recently. It is kind of tucked away in a shopping center, but the place itself was nice and very clean. They had a good variety of frozen yogurt flavors and all of the flavors I sampled were very good! They also have a good variety of toppings to choose from. The girl behind the counter was friendly and told us about the punch card and singing up for special deals. They also honor competitor coupons! Will be back!

This USED to be my favorite yogurt place in town until today. I walked in with my husband and our service dog and were told very rudely that she was not aloud to be there. I didn’t get the girls name but she was a tall blonde and rolled her eyes as she embarrassed my husband and I in front of customers. Our dog wasn’t barking, jumping or causing any scene. She could have came up and told us nicely but instead she proceeded to yell so all the customers could hear! I have never felt so embarrassed being out in public. We have been in there many times before with our dog and we’ve never had any problems. So this once amazing yogurt place has lost our business and anyone we have referred due to this RUDE employee.

Decided to give them another chance tonight because we were in the center anyway. Customer service was much better this time around, I felt welcome. I also played it safe with the toppings and only got walnuts but it was really tasty and the frozen yogurt (Low-​Carb Cake Batter) definitely took care of my sweet tooth.
Thanks for turning my experience around with this place, I definitely prefer supporting the smaller businesses.

They have the best yogurt and best toppings. =) I love the fat free no sugar options they have too. Boysenberry, Blueberry, Strawberry are my favorites. And I love the color changing spoons.

They have the BEST frozen yogurt and toppings. I come here at least once a week. And I love that its YOGURT and not icecream because I’m lactose intolerant. The only bad thing is the girls working there aren’t very friendly and kind of seem like they don’t want to be there.

Love that they have a low calorie option! The only thing that’d make it better was if they had two indeed of one since sometimes I don’t like the flavor in that option.
Super friendly there and clean and the yogurt is great.

The very best yogurt — quality, variety, flavors. Hands down!
Yogurt Factory always has the best yogurts in town. A great variety of flavors and toppings, and at least one low-​carb flavor.
The are very generous, too. They use a punch card/​frequent buyer system, along with the SpotOn application, so its easy to earn free yogurt. They also offer coupons for email and Instagram customers. They offer a great value for the money.
I feel like I’m giving away a great secret, but Yogurt Factory really is the best frozen yogurt in the valley!

I’m definitely a fan of this place. It’s great local alternative to the frozen yogurt chains in the area. Convenient location, clean space, super friendly staff, great variety of flavors and toppings, competitive prices, and a steady flow of customers. They have a loyalty card as well as discounts through coupons or app interface. Yogurt Factory is true small business everyone should support.

Great FroYo place. Delicious flavors and very friendly staff. Loved the brownie topping and chocolate sauce. Butter pecan, cookies n cream and cake batter combination was totally worth the drive to Temecula from Vista!!!

Yogurt Factory is my favorite froyo spot for one reason and one reason only: They always have peanut butter flavor!
I know, I’m weird. But there’s just something about that icy cold creamy peanut buttery flavor that hits the spot every time.
Hey, I’m not here to justify my strange affinity for peanut butter! Maybe I was a dog in my past life?
Another positive note for the Yogurt Factory is their attention to cleanliness. Every time there’s even the slightest mess or a corn flake out of place, there seems to be someone right behind you ready to make it right.
The staff is always courteous and I definitely appreciate the prompt and friendly service.
