I’ll start by saying I lived here for a year! From October of 2014 until October of 2015. Every experience I had while living here was wonderful. Every individual that I worked with from the time I arrived until I left was professional, engaged & as accommodating as possible within their means. Rachael and Carol specifically go above and beyond the responsibilities that are expected of them time and time again. The grounds are clean and well maintained, maintenance is efficient and professional every interaction & they’ve done a marvelous job of bringing tenants in that contribute to the value of the property as oppose to the latter. I’ve unfortunately lived in many apartment complexes and my sister was a leasing agent with different apartment complexes for 10 years and has managed and still does for 2 or more. From my experiences there couldn’t have been a safer, smarter choice than I could have made. Thank you the Rachael and Carol from the Brunners. Happy holidays and Marry Christmas.

I’ve been living here since mid-July this year, so almost 4 months. The pros: — 4 bedroom apartments are available. The only two other places that have 4 bedroom apartments anywhere near here are either drastically overpriced or are a horrible design to cram them all in there. These are nice. — The price is reasonable. — They do have a fitness center, although you have to pay extra($ 25, I think?) for a key to use it, it looks decent.(I have a gym I like so I haven’t checked it out.) — The vending machine by the pool is convenient — Every room except the bathrooms have a windows, including, in my case, one with a VERY large one, which is great for natural light. — Smoking isn’t prohibited; I know non-smokers might be like«ew, what a filthy habit, smoke is disgusting, judgejudge!» but it’s something a person should be able to do within their own home, and this was a vital part of the criteria when choosing where to live for me. It, plus the 4 bedroom option, clinched Allure for me. — The apartment manager, Carol, is very nice even though there has been some speculation over whether or not I actually exist, she definitely treats me like a valued resident anyway.(I keep strange hours and travel a lot, so she’s never met me in person. I may just be advanced AI.) — Rachel is also lovely and has been very helpful when I’ve come to the office to pick anything up, and when signing the papers to move in. — The office hours are much better than where I used to live — They were able to help me out promptly when the A/C wasn’t performing up to par; after doing the freon and finding it didn’t fix the issue, I emailed explaining as much, and it was promptly replaced. I was VERY relieved about this, it’s AZ, it gets hot here! — The washer and dryer in the apartment are good and modern enough. The cons: — Even in a 4 bedroom, you’re only given one parking spot, with no option for a second. When I asked I was told each apartment had the appropriate number of spots assigned, but one doesn’t feel appropriate in a 4 bedroom. There is unassigned parking, however, including one separated parallel spot in my little area.(Sorry to anyone else who’d like to use this, I do tend to hog it, but I’m a little paranoid about anyone scratching my Porsche — the paint chips stupidly easily.) There is unassigned parking, but it’s not covered, and it can be hard to find a spot. — When moving in you have to sign papers of course, and part of them stipulates if you are filmed at the complex they have the right to do whatever they wish with said footage. This is a requirement, with no exceptions. I signed, but I don’t have kids, and reasoned that it’s unlikely but if it ever came up you could likely have a lawyer deal with it.(I doubt this will be an issue anyway, but as someone who has had a few stalkers over the years due to my work, I am very privacy conscious.) Note: I haven’t noticed any irrigation issues, and it’s so hot here it seems like water dries up very quickly. We’ll see now it’s cooling down a bit. Short of these two minor cons, it’s a great place to live and I’d strongly recommend it. I’d like to be able to give 4.5 stars as it really is closer to a 5 than a 4. Plus they do allow pets :-) I’d recommend it as a great place to live in the area.

The management staff meh. Every other day my ac unit starts pouring water, the door doesn’t shut all the way on any of the apartments I’ve seen, and they have giant grassy areas that are angled down so every time they run irrigation, 2 – 3 times a week, a giant pool of water stays for hours, welcoming all kinds of bugs to your home. I also have found dead roaches randomly in my bathrooms and have had multiple incedents with flying roaches in my apartment. I would recommend doing the 6 month lease option if this place is your last resort. There is no change in the price which is the only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1.

The management staff here is very good. Sometimes I do have to call twice on a maintenance request but they have the issue resolved within 24 hours. They only downside is the neighbors. The management has a 10 pm quiet rule and some tenants dont follow that on the weekends. They have 2 pools here that anyone rarely uses and laundry rooms, vending machines and even a water machine. No gym, but there are plenty of areas to take walks. Oh and they have a playground too for kids.
