I left Mor with exactly what I came in to get… A fantastic bed and mattress for a smoking deal! Armando, my sales associate, was extremely patient with me while he assisted me in testing out over 10 beds to make sure I picked the best one for me. I also probably asked Armando over 100 questions in which he so patiently answered to ensure my concerns were addressed. Todd, the General Manager, also helped make my experience great! He was able to push things through to ensure I received the best deal possible! What was also fantastic is that the next day I received an email from Todd, the General manager, thanking me for my purchase, quick tips on preparing for delivery, and to contact him if I have any questions or concerns. Now that’s great customer service! Get to Mor now and purchase those items you have been procrastinating about… You won’t regret it!!!

I have to say that my salesman was great at the store and very easy to work with. We are repeat customers since 2005. The delivery was on-time as scheduled. The reason for the low rating is because the delivery guys left large staples all over the house. There was a staple sticking out of the foot board near the mattress that I didn’t see. When I went to make the bed, the staple caught my ring finger and ripped it open. Very painful! I called the store manager (Barbara) and let her know that they should be sure to remove all the staples from the packaging.

Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have had. My salesman Jon was not only overly knowledgeable about the furniture but he listened to exactly what I wanted instead of wasting my time to make a sale. You can tell he takes pride in giving you exactly what you want. Nonetheless I ended up with one of my favorite furniture pieces (the Klein sectional). Even though I had to send the ottoman back (minor defect) Mor furniture immediately took care of me. Brandon (a manager at the store) quickly took care of the situation and I had my new piece the very next day. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Working with Armando was a pleasure. The assembling and service areTERRIBLE. The delivery guy forgot to deliver the pillows. I call them and they say we will be able to deliver it only on the next available date, which they can’t confirm!
The best part is the guy who assembled the sofas, forgot to untie the zip tags that prevent the reclining action during assembly, I had to do it myself.
Then the even more awesome part, the bed frame that was assembled had the hook to open the storage drawers pointing inwards and the centre column hanging in the air!
I let them now about this and they said the next available service appointment is after 15 days.
Then I wonder, what the hell did you charge me for when you said delivery and assembly?
Bottom line– your sales guys are very respectable but your delivery is plain simple bad!
Call to escalate the issue to a manager puts me on hold for atlas 12 minutes, and I am still not connected.

We recently purchased a couch from Mor after looking at numerous other stores. They absolutely had the best service of any place we dealt with. Their prices were reasonable for what we looked at. Our salesperson Brandon was excellent to deal with both before and after the sale. I would highly recommend asking for him as he is very knowledgable on the products they sell and he treated us great.

So my boyfriend and I went in on a Sunday evening when they were almost closing, and I expected no one would like to help since I’m sure they want to go home. We were starting to look for a bed when Gary came right to us and offering his help. He showed us styles that we asked for and led us to great options. After making our decision we had to choose our mattress since we bought a new size we never had, you can imagine us being so picky and laying on every mattress to see what we liked best. Gary was so patient and informative, he wasn’t rushing us at all. We picked out everything and we started our process to check out, which only took 20 minutes btw! :) 2 days later my bedroom set was in our room ready to go, WOW right? We were so pleased with Gary’s service and the location. I would go in and ask for him all the time and any buyer should too. Thank you for a great experience. :)
