David Daviss is a consummate professional and gentleman! He and Kyle have been Godsends. I originally found Creative Touch through Amazon and read some of their reviews on Unilocal and was sold. In August David and Kyle came out to my North Scottsdale apartment with my then boyfriend to provide us with an estimate for mounting my 60″ tv. David was so patient and understanding to our budget and time. He was clear and concise with the timeframe and cost for the work. There were no hidden fees and he even gave me great deals on extra HDMI cables needed to complete the job right. He gave me excellent advice on options for enhancing my system. Unfortunately almost 4 months later, I had to have him unmount my tv & speakers to move to my new bachelorette pad in Tempe Although the situation wasn’t ideal David was so empathetic and has made this experience a pleasant one. He and Kyle made multiple trips to my new place (which is better, I might add) in order to make my vision come to fruition. I will use them again on my next move, into a property I own. I highly recommend them on any job, big or small. They truly have made me feel like a valued customer and friend!

My husband and I met David Daviss over 10 years ago through Best Buy’s Geek Squad. At that time he installed our first flat screen TV – wall mount with surround sound and exterior sound system. He and his assistant arrived in the morning and worked until after 10 pm in order to finish our project. He did a meticulous job hiding all the wires without disturbing drywall or creating a mess – quite an accomplishment in our older home. His knowledge of electronics is unparalleled.
David has been back to visit many times throughout the years for various updating projects including computers, security system and Internet upgrades. It would be safe to say that he feels like part of the family – as it is always delightful to see him. I can say with a high degree of confidence that David will exceed your expectations. His rates are also quite reasonable

The gentleman that came to mount my TV on my bedroom wall were very professional, friendly and used their time efficiently. David did an incredible job setting up my surround sound with no wires showing. He set up a guide for me to follow if I had any questions, and when I did call him with a question about my subwoofer not working, he walked me through how to get it up and running again.
I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get a home theater system setup.

Creative Touch Home Audio mounted a television and ran cabling for me. They were fantastic. They let me know their ETA (on time, perfectly!), an hour before the appointment. The pet friendly aspect is nice, because I have dogs. After a brief introduction, I didn’t have to kennel or stick them outside. They liked that, because they’re very friendly.
After putting up the TV mount and running the cables (a service I was not expecting) they cleaned everything up. It doesn’t seem like much, but it was fantastic. They came prepared to make this a zero-​work-​for-​me experience.
I called, set an appointment and had my TV mounted without so much as having to run the vacuum.
The entire thing, including me flip-​flopping about the height I wanted the TV, couldn’t have taken more than an hour.
I absolutely recommend.

We are so thrilled with our new entertainment Mecca that David helped create and install. He is unbelievably knowledgeable about everything related to technology. He installed 3 Flat screen TVs downstairs in our basement and we wanted them to be easy to operate. It is amazing how easy he made it for us. We can literally do everything from our phone or iPad without bothering with a pile of remotes! I highly recommend using this company for your tv/​audio needs. David is personable, professional and a true expert in his field.

We wanted someone to help us hang our 75″ TV on the wall. Creative Touch Home Audio not only put up our tv… David was able to ensure that NO WIRES would show. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comea to electronics. I am very impressed with the work that was done by Creative Touch Home Audio. The work was done at a reasonable price and more importantly, it looks great!
They are very professional and take pride in their work. When the work was done, it looked flawless (they cleaned up the mess from the drywall/​insulation, and painted).
David even gave me his cell phone in case I had any questions or concerns that came up later. I would highly recommend their work.

So like a year ago David installed my home theater system… and he did an amazing job! But yesterday I called him with an issue that I was having, and he walked me through the whole process. He was able to fix my problem without even being here!!! Not many people can do that.

David Daviss, Jr. coordinates home entertainment systems with your computer. He also knows how to connect your home security system to your smart phone as well as a tablet or desktop computer.
It is unusual for someone to be fluent in modems, routers and home entertainment systems, but this gentle man is. Plus he is extremely patient in explaining what to do, once he leaves.
He is thorough and his charges are fair.
