Dunkin’ Donuts

It’s important to remember that one visit to a location is never less or more than that one visit. That one visit is dependent on only the factors of that single experience.
That said, my visit was simple and just for a cup of coffee. In this case I used the drive thru. In fact, this is my second visit and both visits were very similar, but the service excelled this time around.
Thomas Annable served me at the window. I had to ask him his last name because I was very impressed with his sense of servitude. He was personable and kind. Relatable, yet simple. I like this kind of demeanor. He seemed to have a general interest in my visit and how my day was going. Oh yeah, and the coffee here, or maybe with all Dunkin’ Donuts is awesome. If you haven’t tried a cup, you really should give it a shot.
Great service comes in many forms. As somebody who has run a restaurant over the past few years, I hope my review carries with it some weight. I will be going here for coffee from now on, with sincere hopes that the experience remains consistent. Thanks Thomas.

Very disappointed!!! I stop at this location three times a week and the service is hit or miss! This time was the worst. I always stop about 8:30pm knowing they close at 9! I pull-​up at the drive thru and wait 3minutes. No one says anything. So I pull up to the window (which I have had to do before). I don’t see anyone so I blow the horn. A lady finally comes out she sees me but does not acknowledge me and goes away. I wait another few minutes she cuts the lights off!!! I blow the horn again and start calling the store when she finally comes to the window and tells me their electronics shut down and they had to close early!!! I told her if that was the case you could have told me this when you first saw me!!!

The drive through was a bit slow for 5:00am and only one person in front of me, but I grew up on their doughnuts and they are the best around. Also the coffee is the best and the pumpkin muffin is to die for especially when it comes out hot and fresh.

Terribly slow service!!! 20 minute wait for box of Joe and dozen donuts. Only 2 customers!!! Seriously!!!

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER!!!
The food is tasty but the service is horrible. I typically go through the drive-​through about 3 to 5 times a month to grab donuts for the kids and inevitably in every order, they mess something up.
Once it was so comics I couldn’t help but laugh! I got to the drive through and I ordered the normal: one rainbow sprinkles and one chocolate glazed. Haha! When I checked the bag I had two rainbow sprinkles. I politely ask them to correct the order one rainbow sprinkle one chocolate glazed. You would think that’s simple enough but instead I then got two chocolate glazed and zero rainbow sprinkles.
No, this still isn’t right… I asked again for them to correct this. I need two donuts: one rainbow sprinkle, one chocolate glazed.
Finally success with the donuts. But we still needed to correct the milk. I asked for chocolate milk and received white milk. Oh the frustration!
Today, I ordered six assorted donuts and a 12 pack of donut holes along with a small vanilla latte. I got to the window and the donuts were not the donuts I asked for. So I politely ask the lady to correct the order and mentioned that every time I visit this location something is wrong with my order. She smiled and said but not today, right? Instead we just gave you an extra donut.
I said, «sure, but what about the vanilla latte I ordered.» «That will be $ 1.53 ma’am,» she replied.
Ugh!!!
I would recommend this place for donuts but CHECK the bag and make sure your order is correct!!!

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. I ordered a combo which was supposed to come with hash browns. There were none in the bag so I asked her for them. She responds with «the cashier must have not have rang them up and that would cost more.» She made me feel like it was my fault that the cashier messed up. After that she finally agreed to give me what I ordered. Now fast forward 15 minutes to when I got home. I take out the sandwich and find out its not even close to the one I ordered. I go back to this place and talk to the same horrible manager who proceeds to tell me that I must have ordered incorrectly. I respond with, «how is asking for a number 15 incorrect? The cashier even repeated my order back to me» I understand that the cashier might have been new or pressed the wrong button but that doesn’t mean that you can now blame the customer for her mistake. The manager then asked if I wanted to order the correct sandwich. I couldn’t believe it. She didn’t offer an apology or anything. I then decided I wanted my money back. This was just ridiculous. Since I drove back and only brought back the sandwich, she would only refund that part. She refused to refund my entire meal. So after all this I get the pleasure of going home and enjoying cold hash browns that somehow cost me $ 4. I will never go back to this place.

This donut shop was located near our hotel. During our stay in Tempe, earlier this month, we stopped by this location to pick up some donuts for a potluck brunch. The location was very clean and the service was expeditious. For a chain donut shop, the donuts were very tasty.

My fave coffee place. Drive through isn’t too bad before 8am on weekends (waaaay better than starbucks). They tend to have higher attrition of employees. There are a few long standing employees who recognize me now, but as soon as I get to know them, they’re gone. One of them told me it’s poor management. Who knows though, as long as I get my morning fix!

Been coming to this location since it first opened. Fast, efficient, and very friendly staff. Regular black coffee with a turbo shot gets me going each morning. Wont go anywhere else.

Just another Dunkin Donuts. I wish they’d let the customer put in their own cream and sugar. Everyone has their own tastes when it comes to coffee. I asked for a little cream and it’s all I taste in my coffee.

I’ve been to this location a few times now. Complaint I have with the Arcadia location, burnt coffee, never an issue here! Fast Drive-​thru. Friendly service! I’ll drive the extra 2 – 3 miles to get here, out of my way, when i’m having a DD coffee craving from now on! :)

This is the worst location. I will never go here again. We stopped by on a Saturday morning, it was dead. Great!
We ordered 2 sprinkles donuts. I could not believe what they actually gave us. Maybe 20 – 25 sprinkles TOTAL between the two donuts.
Customer service was good and speedy. But what they actually gave us was not worth it. IDK if Dunkin has gotten too big for their britches, the product just isn’t the same anymore. And seriously with the sprinkles? I’ll opt for Bosa or another local place any day.

This is truly the most consistently horrible Dunkin Donuts I have ever had the misfortune of forcing myself to visit. Each time I return to this location I question what I was thinking.
An iced coffee with cream and sugar is NOT difficult to produce, Dunkin. Why have I never received a perfect coffee from at least one of my five or more trips to your store? What a true shame.
2 stars because the food tastes alright. For the service and coffee, however, one star.

Good coffee and donuts (although this location seems to always be out of my favorite blueberry munchkins), but I have had consistently unfriendly service at this location which has made me not go there as often as I’d like.
My last visit was the worst and has caused me to quit going altogether. I was not greeted when I came in or when I walked to the counter. The employee just waited until I started ordering. After I paid for coffee and donuts my boyfriend was accused of stealing a soda on our way out (he opened the fridge then decided to just stick to coffee). Once it was obvious that he didn’t have a soda bottle the employee said he saw me open my purse. Really? I showed him there was no soda bottle in there and we did not even receive an apology. Only another employee chiming in that they have sketchy people come in a lot. Gee thanks

I am sad to say that I’m very disappointed by this location. I love Dunkin’ Donuts as I’m from back East and think their coffee is the best, that’s why I’m giving this review two stars. This store deserves less.
This location has very poor customer service. Not only do they not accept Dunkin Groupons, they also don’t do the Dunkin punchcard, and when I went there on my birthday for my free coffee I tried to pull up the barcode they needed on my app and I couldn’t find it. They couldn’t tell me where it was and refused to give me a coffee for my birthday. I found this particularly poor customer service since I am in there consistently and it was on their website that they couldn’t find the info they needed.
I’ve given this location so many chances because they are just down the street from my house but it just doesn’t make sense to go there anymore. New management please!

Convenient location on Scottsdale Rd. with a drive-​thru. You know you are not in New England (the motherlode of Dunkin Donuts) when you see the small selection of donuts and bagels. We normally sit inside. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The manager gave us a deal since they did not have the donuts that we wanted.

Very fast friendly service. Didn’t have sprinkled donuts at 9am but it’s all good. Coffee was great. Place was clean looking.

This Dunkin is awesome because it has a drive thru. Sometimes when I feel like going for a drive, I will go to this one instead of the one next to my house. Staff is always friendly.

I feel like giving a negative review to one of the largest chains in America is dumb, short sided and negative. However, its not like I don’t enjoy Dunkin Donuts. i mean everyone does. its just that it happens to be down the street from Bosa Donuts. Thats just unfortunate.
I guess the one thing I will compliment is definitely their coffee. Their good old america drip black coffee is truly delicious even on a national chain scale. I find myself going thru the drive thru just to buy a 12 pack of Dunkin Kuerigs. I know I’m not the only one!
All in all, if you want a donut, go early in the morning, they aren’t like Bosa who make donuts ²⁴⁄₇ throughout the day, therefore if you go after 10 am, chances are all of the good donuts will be taken, and those left will not be very fresh.

Not much else to say except that this place is within walking distance from my hotel. Score! Best coffee in the world. It has a drive through and service was friendly at the window. I’m a happy camper and will return multiple times over the next 4 days.
