We only tried it once, and I have mixed feelings about this place. I’ll start with the«bad.» It’s kind of a hole in the wall fro yo place, that in itself is not a bad thing, but I feel like because of the lack of foot traffic the quality of product is not as good. Weird I know, but I feel like the fro yo shops that are most popular have better quality yogurt, and more variate of flavors as well as toppings. A lot of the toppings were kinda stale which was a bummer. The«good» is that their staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! When we went they were getting ready to close(the hours listed were not accurate. It was Saturday night and their sign said 10pm and it was just before 9 when we showed up) the employee working didn’t mind. She told us to take all of the time we needed and offered us sample cups to try the different flavors. She was super friendly and didn’t seem to mind that we showed up 5 minutes to close. We probably won’t try again, but the quality of service made the experience worth it.

Sent their truck out to an event I attended with my kids. The yogurt was okay, but the guy working the truck lacked some pretty basic customer service skills. About 5 minutes after getting our yogurt it occurred to me to get napkins. Getting back to the truck and asking for some, my wife was met with a blank face and confusion. She informed him that I had recently bought some yogurt and the response was, «Oh, I didn’t recognize you.» Pro tip: In customer service, if someone, anyone, asks for napkins, give lots, no questions asked. Immediately. They are much cheaper than poor publicity.

This is our first time trying out this froyo place as we usually go to Aloha Yogurt in Tempe. Kicks is decent but they don’t offer a lot of flavors, especially when 2 of the flavors were«out of order» because they were cleaning the machine when we were there. This was unfortunate since they would have been the 2 I would have picked! They offered some assortment of toppings but the fruit ones did not look fresh and even the candy tasted old. The price is comparable to other places at 0.48 cents per ounce. They clearly labeled nonfat and gluten free options. The girl at the counter was nice and the sitting area was neat. They have a TV, comfy couches, and even games for you to play. Overall this place was ok but I think we will stick to Aloha! :)

Great frozen yogurt with really great flavor options! Toppings bar is a bit limited, but they have almond roca which I specifically come for. I like that it is a local business and not a large chain. The only downside is whenever I’ve gone in there, the workers would be blaring music and then rush over to turn it off. Last time I went in it was a pretty explicit song. Like you can see us walking up to the store, why not turn it off ahead of time, or just play it in the back loud enough you can hear it, not loud enough for people outside to hear.

Not the best frozen yogurt, but good enough for babysitting two kids. This store has friendly staff — can’t complain.

Had 14 flavors to select from. All 5 I picked were excellent. Loved the mango toppings as well as all the chocolate varieties along with my favorite toasted coconut!!! Will definitely return!

Saw this place while making a run to my favorite local burger place(Lobbys) and thought I would stop by a for a small frozen yogurt. For $ 0.97(with tax) I had a small caramel chocolate turtle cone(without any of the dozen or so toppings). It was refreshing. The décor is eclectic, teen and child friendly with books, magazines, and some puzzles. The furniture ranges from table and chairs to an old casual sofa. Has the look and feel of a neighborhood, family-run store. Parking is close to the door. I will return.

Cool flavors, good toppings but I wish there were more toppings-like snow caps or raspberries. The mochi was kind of hard ad stale. Still yummy-I’ll probably be back
