Awesome customer service, super knowledgeable, great juice, amazing coil builders. All around great place to go. Never disappointed. My husband and I live 45 minutes away but drive out to this store for the quality and customer service as opposed to the many that are around our house.

Awesome vape shop! the staff is kind and has a lot of knowledge and provide great suggestions. (I believe his name was Gregg) was attentive and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. They have a very large selection of premium juice and a very nice coil building station. They emphasize the Vape lounge feeling with a couch and pool table which is welcoming and inviting to stay longer where as some vape shops get u in and out. Best vape shop in the area

Every time I come in the people are helpful, knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Allie has been a saint anytime I needed help with something. This has become my spot for Vape needs… customer service like this has become rare…

I dont like to post bad reviews but after 2 bad experiences here at this location i feel i need too. the customer service has taken a down hill trend here. They didnt really care to answer my questions and more less wanted to argue with me while i was giving my input on a product

This place is horrible. I just bought a bottle of juice from them and it tastes horrible. I’ve bought the same kind of ejuice many times before. so I know what it tastes like and what it’s supposed to look like. they refused to return it. I literally walked out of the store put the juice in my tank drove away and drove right back and they said they cannot return it. so I’m stuck with this crappy product. I will never shop with kidney puncher ever again they do not stand behind the products that they sell.
