The staff is just okay, but you don’t see a doctor because of there staff. But Dr. Parikh is awesome. He can be hard at times but it really shows he cares about my well being. Hes SMART, found stuff in my blood work specialists couldn’t. He doesn’t rush, he listens and really helps. He’s in it to help his patients and not for the money like other doctors. He’s a good doctor and a good person. Definitly recommend.

My experience with the office and Dr. Parikh was awful! The office staff was rude when I called 2 different times. They acted as though I bothered them. When arriving, one of the staff members that checks people in rolled her eyes at me. Finally, after waiting 50 minutes in the tiny lobby full of people, I was given a room. The nurse was not personable and just asked questions and filled out the chart. No personality at all. When the dr was able to finally come to the room after I waited in the patient room for 30 more minutes, he was the most unfriendly doctor I’ve ever come in contact with. Absolutely no personality, no kindess, no concern. He continuously asked repeated questions, as if he wasn’t listening to the answer. He asked the same questions to fill out a computer patient form, which I had already completed during my 50 minute wait in the lobby. When answering, he would interrupt me and would ask no follow up questions. While I have some health problems, they are not extreme and he treated me as though I was a mess. The office is old and the lobby is tiny. The staff is rude and is not the least bit courteous. The process of patient information and office cleanliness needs to be updated from 1995 to 2013. Overall, this was the worst experience I have ever found from a doctor, his staff, and the office overall.

I have been seeing Dr. Parikh for 22 years. He is very thorough and always takes time to listen and to talk to me. He is very knowledgeable about all different medical subjects. I recently switched my teenage boys over from their pediatrician to start seeing Dr. Parikh as well and they both really like him too. I have never had any problems with anyone in his office and everyone has always been very helpful.

Horrible service at the front desk. It seemed like they were taking preference for insurance carriers. I will not be returning.

I’m surprised at two of the reviews. My experiences with this doctor have all been positive. He asks plenty of questions and offers good advice. The office staff seems helpful and attentive. Dr. Parikh, unlike my previous doctors, seems to have some pretty cool«gadgets» as well to test minor maladies. I’ve never had any problems with this doctor or his staff.

When I first moved to Arizona, I needed a PCP. I checked out who took my insurance and such but couldn’t get a recommendation because I didn’t know anyone. I began seeing Parikh because he was close to my house. The first thing I noticed here was that no one spoke English. The receptionist barely seemed to either and would rather talk to all the loud mexican mothers in the lobby than pay attention to me. I should’ve left then. I stay with him for three years. The only real reason was because I had no where else to go and didn’t get sick too often. Mostly I went when I had a cold. He’d shove some antibiotics in my hand and send me away. A few times they just called a script in and didn’t bother checking me out. The receptionist who was still there until I ran screaming was always a b*tch to my family and was always mean. She had no customer service experience at all. If you go see Dr Parikh, plan to spend the ENTIREDAYWAITINGIN A LITTLEROOM!!! I have literally waited for hours to see him. My wife was in tears once she had to wait so long, and I’ve been stuck there for over three hours with a toddler in tow! Eventually he moved into a nicer office and got some PA person who was always nice. I eventually left and tried to take my wife with me but for some reason she still puts up with thier crap.
