Fantastic Service! They saved priceless memories for me!!! My phone was dead, I have SO many memories on this but haven’t backed them up. I took it to apple, they said there’s Nothing they could do memories are gone. I took it to Verizon, again, nothing they could do, I needed a new phone.
I took it to Pod Drop, They fixed it and got back all my photos and videos. I cant tell you how much this meant to me. I would recommend them always!

After two months that my 13 year old misplaced her iphone. We get a call from the pod drop that they have her iphone. He said that someone turned in my daughters iphone & he was able to get in it. We show up & he gladly hands it over! Thank you so much!!!

Awesome place. The owner (Stephen I think) is one of the nicest people around, who legitimately cares about customer service and providing quality business. He’s very professional, but at the same time personable and friendly. Also, very quick. Had a completely cracked screen, fixed and back in my hands around 35 minutes later. If I have any other iPhone troubles, i will go nowhere else but to him!

in an emergency, problem solving skills are essential. And iPhones are sources of BIIIIG problems. My bosses phone miraculously stopped working after traveling aboard. Walked right into the this store and felt like it was gonna be okay. For a phone that wouldn’t turn on or charge I thought our situation was hopeless, not the case. Turns out the charging component and screen were toast. Not only were we restored to full function by the end of the day all necessary repair parts were in store and provided immediate relief. Now we can wait for upgrade time and not wait 6 weeks for a new IPhone 6 and pay full price. THANK YOU

Stephen Dworzian, owner of Pod Drop of Tempe, went 400 extra miles to help me out when I lost my second phone (a 4S) in two weeks and had no insurance… I was desperate as I needed the phone for my job as I work remotely as a recruiter for a DC company and that phone is literally my lifeline. I did not have the $ 450 to purchase a new one at the Apple store so he sold me one of his nearly perfect 4S loaner phones for a very fair and unbelievable price! Then he had me follow him to the closest Verizon store to make sure I could get all my information transferred to the phone without a problem. He went above and beyond … and I might mention that all this occurred during a torrential downpour, in monsoon weather… This kind of customer service is what motivated me to set up my first ever Unilocal account and to write my first ever Unilocal review! Well done!

I got a badly shattered iPad screen replaced and it looks like brand new. It looks like a professional job. This is my first time here and a got a good job. I’m happy. He even beveled out the rough edges on the iPad due to it being dropped as part of the fix. It looks beautiful!

My screen on my iPhone 5 was shot. I stopped in and was greeted by a friendly man (owner?) right away.
He fixed my screen and the faulty button (that I didn’t know could be repaired).
So the following Saturday I brought in my iPod that I thought was a goner. I picked it up later that afternoon and it’s working like new.
I am very happy with the service and results I received. I would highly recommend this business as I’m 2 for 2! It’s nice not to be treated like a number!

I only gave 1 star since giving zero was not an option. It’s been a few weeks since I went to this place and since then, my phone «repair» ended up taking me back to the Scottsdale area to Arizona iPhone Repair off Mercer Road (if anyone wants to go there). While this is an extra 20 minute drive, this place is hands down much more customer oriented and the people here actually know the product and what they are doing!!!
Took my 2 year-​old IPhone 4s in for a screen fix and had to stand and listen to the man, who I believe is the owner, talk himself up about how he used to be a body guard and then into the health and beauty biz for years and now he repairs Apple products. Take it from me, he needs to go back to his previous career choices as his knowledge of Apple products was limited at best. I can say this, I used to work at an Apple store in another state before recently moving here. After he got done talking about himself to me, he told me the screen fix would be quick and simple (yes it should have been) and that I could pick it up the next day.
Without going into all the boring details, what should have taken 24 hours ended up taking 3 days and the screen application job was awful and then the «touch» functions using my screen stopped 2 days after the work had been done.
I took my phone to Arizona iPhone Repair at the suggestion of a co-​worker and they immediately confirmed what I assessed was the problem, the screen had not been properly adjusted or applied to my phone, hence the issues after I got it back from Pod Drop.
I highly suggest NOT going to this place. It is close to ASU and I’m sure there are many college student who are unfortunately taken advantage of and hit on by the owner during the drop off process as I was — yuck! Drive a little further to be asssured of a professional experience, process and ending result for your money!!!

my sons phone would not take a charge and died out on him just out the blue, he took his iPhone to the apple store and they said it was out of warranty and that he needed a new phone. i took his phone into the pod drop and the guy tried a couple of things and it turned out his docking board had some broken prongs on it, the guy fixed the board within 30 minutes. the guy was very helpful and honest. if you have an iPod, iPad problem and want to get it fixed i would recommend going there. its cheaper than buying brand new

Took my iPad there to get the glass fixed. When I got there the guy turned ON the iPad and unlocked it to see if there was other damage and to connect to the wifi.
He LOCKED the iPad and said it would be ready the next day even though there was no one else in the store.
The next day comes and I pick it up. The glass looks good but the sleep button won’t work. He then says its was like that when he got it. Which is dumb because he had to turn it on and lock it the day before.
Took it to another apple store and they might have to charge me to redo the glass due to them using glue to keep the glass on.
