Sunglass Hut

One star for the manager at this location. NO star if that was an option. I don’t know her name but I wouldn’t care to deal with her again. She would be the reason I would never shop at sunglasses hut again. Poor choice of putting her in front of customers.
I have had successful dealings with sunglasses hut throughout the country. From Vegas to California. Even a district/​regional manager in California took the time to fix my sunglasses. Their service is the reason I keep coming back. However that could change if I ever had to deal with this manager at the Tempe Marketplace location again. She is beyond horrible. It’s too bad for me since this is the closest store from where I live. This manager is everything but customer friendly. She comes off like a sales tyrant and has no problem telling customers «no»… and her word is final. Unfortunately, her word is wrong. I know another sunglasses hut store will be able to work with me. Not this chick. This manager would be better off behind the scenes, or working at places like Gucci where their sales reps are snootier than their customers.
The sales guy I have dealt with in the past is very nice and took the time to pick out the right pair of sunglasses for me. I would like to continue working with him. But as long as the manager is at that location, I wouldn’t go back. I will also be writing a formal complaint to corporate about her.

Typical sunglass hut… 2 employees and only 1 other customer in the store besides me… Waited over 15 minutes to be acknowledged and then even longer to be checked out. Extremely poor customer service! Highly recommend going to another location if you can

My brother and sister in law very kindly bought me a pair of polarized sun glasses which I broke the arm off not 5 weeks later! Of course they could not find the receipt.
I went to the tempe market place location and Nic called the store that sold them to me and I left with a new pair! Nic was very helpful and went out of her way to me by calling the store the shades were purchased from
I am a customer for life!
