University Palms

No management or anyone who cares!!! Had my girlfriends Christmas present in the office for a week with no one there! Still waiting… I’m on the second floor and can’t deal with the roaches!!! Told management but got the run around. Everything was good for the last 6 months but is going downhill!!! See different maintenance every time! STAY AWAY!!!

Someone close lives here. it’s pretty decent for a student living around ASU campus. The price ain’t too bad either. The management is pretty good & quick to respond to service requests most of the time. Have a good backyard, but they are missing some stuff, like a gym & in-​house washers & dryers option! As I said its more than good for its price in this area, you can always come into the office & have a look yourself!
8^th st looks shady though at night, less lighting & rocky point cantina very close, but well cops keep an eye most of the time around here, not as shady as Dorsey ofc!
Best point ofc is how close the place is to ASU, four peaks, orbit bus stop & light rail!

I only know that I HOPE this place is closed. I lived here for two years. It’s easily the worst community I ever experienced. There were ant problems. There was a lot of poison to avoid roaches but I would see them in the parking lots. The neighbors were usually terrible. The management has always been atrocious. They have damaged some of my belongings and some of my other belongings have been stolen from the site. When I moved out, they made absolutely false charges against me. On Friday and Saturday nights, every imaginable car populates the parking lot in order to go drinking nearby. There is hardly any monitoring of this phenomenon. I had problems left right and sideways. I strongly discourage anyone living anywhere near this location.
