Do not rent at 168 N. Wilson Ave. There’s been construction for the past 6 months! One notice notifying us about «construction» for 2 months last year. Well it’s been now 4 months past the time! We’ve experienced dust, dirt, noise everywhere! Our vehicles and apartments cannot be kept clean with all the dust in the air and grounds. When contacting the management company the response is always that they can’t do anything and it’s the owner! Today they decided to have a vendor power wash since they are also painting while the construction job is not completed yet and we came home to find water all over the floor after entering. I contacted Focus and they responded by saying to just keep record of this. They also said the fire sprinkler alarm system that’s been going off all day would be fixed by 2 pm. It’s still going off inside the apartment and in the entire building. Btw the elevator also went completely down. I pray that there isn’t a real emergency. Do not rent from this management company if this is how they manage.
