Everyone that works here is super friendly, and is always very helpful. I just wish they had a wider variety to chose from and also that they would stop trying to oversell stuff I really don’t want or need or already have because they sold me on it a few months ago when I was here. LOL.

Payless has really stepped it up in terms of customer service! I came here with my sister to find some prom shoes for her, and we were immediately greeted by one of the workers. She was super kind and introduced all the deals and shoes that were on sale for us. When we had a question, she was quick to answer it and went out of her way to find shoes at a different Payless when we were inquiring about another size.
However, the shoes at Payless are a hit and miss. I feel like you can find better looking and cheaper shoes at other places now than you can find at Payless. We looked around for some silver shoes, but we could only find two different styles. There is a very limited selection.

The workers here are very patient, nice, and helpful. Right when you come in they welcome you and ask if you need help finding anything, and if you’re just browsing they come and check on you occasionally, and even hold your order at the front if you still want to shop and not carry stuff around. If you can’t find the pair you want, they do an inventory search at other stores and print out a coupon for you to use when you do find it.
The employee I talked to today was very nice and even suggested different styles depending on the occasion. She was also willing to let me use a 20% off coupon I had but forgot to bring. the one in the mall wouldn’t let me =/
