Phone 2Go

I came here to order a new phone and the service was exceptional. Julie, the store manager was very friendly and helpful in explaining my options. She put in the order right away and answered all my questions with ease.

a friend of mine helped me order a samsung note 3 recently and i thought it was such a good deal i had to get it. i picked it up earlier from my friend and when i saw the box i became very pissed off. the price was so low because it was obviously a insurance claimed phone. warning to all, a brand new phone does not come only in a white box, it has to have tmobile logo signs, like a new looking box with instructions and welcome guide. we received a white box with just a home charger and data cable. the store told my friend it was brand new. this is why people have to be very careful when they go to asian stores. shame on our people. i have worked at a t-​mobile store for many years and i know exactly what they did. now i know i paid way too much for my phone. it is probably refurbished too because insurance phones are usually refurbished phones. i am not going to return it because there is a stupid restocking fee and i am not going to give them anymore money. so just let you guys know, all brand new phones have to have the picture of the phone on the box, tmobile logo, etc. not a plain white box. liar liar pants on fire.

Came in to add new service for my T-​Mobile. Had a lots of help from them and the entire upgrade went smoothly. Even with some issues with T-​mobile messing up my bills, Phone 2Go helped me to resolve and get my credits back.

You would never expect such great service at such a small place. My friend recommended me to go here to get my iphone glass cover fixed (dropped it again).I contemplated going to the place down the street from me because it’s closer but I’m glad I didn’t. This place is much better than going to the AT&T down the street from my house because 1. they do not try to sell me on all their other products 2. there are couches here with tons of updated magazines (golf, cosmo, fashion mags etc.) that I normally wouldn’t purchase and made the wait so much more pleasant. Time went by so fast and before I know it they were done fixing my phone. AND they also were able to update my service plan to give me a better rate! I’m never going back to another franchise AT&T store again and will be giving Phone2Go my patronage. I recommend this place to anyone that has TMobile or AT&T service.

This place is the best. You wouldn’t expect such great service at a small Asian run phone shop but it’s fantastic. They actually know what they’re talking about. They work quickly so as to not waste your time without sacrificing excellent service.

Nice service and would like to take care of your account even though it was activated for more than a year! They are professional!
