Best Mexican food in this area, the breakfast tacos are amazing! Service is very good and the restaurant has a nice view of the golf course. Their salsa is also a favorite of mine, so tasty!

Food was okay… but the service was lacking.

I assume this is a new location of the place that was on General Bruce, but I never made it to that location. The new one is a remodeled building on the edge of the Sammons golf links and has a nice view of the course through the huge plate glass windows, which makes for a nice sunny atmosphere.
Food was OK, with two kinds of salsa with fresh crunchy chips for starters. Enchiladas and tacos were pretty standard fare, though the cheese enchilada had very tough tortillas that needed a knife to cut through. The server was nice, but seemed inexperienced and unsure what to do when we mentioned it, but we didn’t make a big deal about it. We have good teeth.
Overall the food was nothing special, with so many similar restaurants in the area all seemingly an offspring of one or the other with very similar styles. I’ll give it another try later on. Maybe they’re still getting the bugs worked out. At least the view is nice.
