I had to wait two months for an appointment. I showed up for my 9:00 dentist appointment at 8:30. I called three days before my appointment to see if I could reschedule because I wanted to stay with my mom in the hospital after her stage 4 cancer surgery. They said the next time they could get me in would be January 17th so I drove all the way up from San Diego to keep my appointment. After filling out all the paperwork in their office they informed me that they could not see me today. They said the dentist had a filling to do today and they«tried to notify me the day before but my phone was disconnected». This was a lie because the only call I recieved the day before was an automated message from their office confirming my appointment the next day and telling me to let them know only if I couldn’t make it. When I told them all this they were very rude and said there is nothing they can do and no way they can compensate me. This business made me drive all the way from San Luis Obispo and back this morning for nothing more than a huge waste of gas and a bad headache. DON’T WASTEYOURTIME, MONEY, ORGASONTHISBUSINESS. Their prices are extremely unreasonable even after the low-income discount. Their service is among the worst I have ever experienced. I can only imagine how horrible the dentist must be.
