They have all of the classic donuts… However, being closed on a Sunday only gives me one day a week to choose from during school time to be able visit them for a special breakfast. That’s one star… I love their quiche– however, on more than one occasion I’ve found a heap of cheese all on the bottom and uncooked bacon. It’s just rolling the dice when you buy it… I only get to purchase on Saturdays until summer so whoever cooks it on Saturday mornings or Friday’s should try to cook the bacon longer at least. On one occasion I was told they didn’t want to sell a whole quiche because I had to pre order a whole Quiche. So I bought four slices leaving them with one slice… Odd service there. That’s in summary is another star for me. I will say the quiche is better than«Kitchenette» as I find grittiness in their organic spinach quiches Their buttermilk donuts are really yummy… There’s nothing super special or different about the place except it’s in a small town they’re nice people and it’s worth supporting local small businesses. When you need donuts in the templeton area this is the place to go! Sitting outside is very pleasant as well and kids love it.

Very good sandwiches and donuts. That not the«hole» story, yes they have donut holes. The staff is friendly and willing to help you. As far as the stuff that wakes you up that Coffee is farmers Brothers and mixed in with some local coffee. There is a self serve cappuccino machines. But what doughnut do i like: blueberry doughnut is one of my favorites.

Best donuts in north county! They have incredible lunch options too, Friday’s and Saturdays they bbq tri-tip and chicken for sandwiches and wraps. The salads are huge, fresh, and delicious.

Crazy, but these are the best donuts around. Seriously. I had never thought about going there for lunch, and then I tried the chicken Caesar Salad, and it quickly became my new favorite salad to go place! Solid food including quiche too!

Loved this place. The girl working was super nice. I had the broccoli quiche, which was fantastic. Also got a few things to go for later. Blueberry donut, very fresh, super soft and perfect:) Had some sort of biscuit w/cheese and jalapeño’s on top, delicious. Also has a macaroon– next day. Sooooo good! The prices are so low too! Definitely try if you haven’t!

This is the only place to get delicious donuts! We came for lunch the other day and had wonderful turkey and swiss sandwiches, my co workers ordered salads and they we’re fresh and tasty! They were busy and so we waited quite a while outside, which was ok to just sit and relax but they have really bad ant problem in the picnic table area. They got all over us and in my purse. We ordered cookies to eat later and they got into the cookie bag and into the stuff we were eating. A little pest control could go a long way! Overall it was good and I recommend ordering ahead and taking it to go.

I was surprised about all the hype for this place. My fiancé and I went on a Saturday morning, and got donuts and sandwiches(had to try one of each… Right?). The donuts were exceptionally dry. So dry, that I couldn’t even finish mine. I got a crumb donut and my fiancé got the cinnamon twist. Both very disappointing. We had high hopes for the sandwiches though. We brought them home to eat. My fiances order was messed up(he has asked for sourdough bread and got a French roll.) Our sandwiches were uninspiring to say the least. It seemed that the sandwiches were made with cheap, store bought ingredients. There was a BEAUTIFUL farmers market two blocks away. So we were disappointed at how bland the veggies and meat and cheese were. The bread was most likely even drier than the donut. Overall, very disappointing. Unfortunately, we won’t be back. For donuts or for the sandwiches.

I work right down the street from this place and eat lunch here a lot. I recommend the BBQ tri trip or chicken on Fridays, both are amazing. Their salad and sandwich portions are generous to say the least and everything is really tasty. …and obviously the doughnuts are to-die-for. But honestly, the best part of this place is that everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful. It’s a great, popular community spot. Go there!

I love this donut bar/deli. The best sandwiches in the North County by far! The donuts are fluffy and fresh. This family owned very friendly establishment is clean, reasonable, fast, and all around yummy. We highly recommend the salads and sandwiches. They even have Grandpa cooking up pit bbq tri tip out front on fridays for sandwiches. Go try them and you will get what I mean.

Templeton Donuts Plus is the best thing in Templeton. The quality of the foods prepared are excellent. I especially like the pies and quiches.

Tried the bbq chicken sandwich today. So tasty. Perfectly bbqed, still moist inside, delicious bbq taste. Meat piled high with fresh veggies and a tasty, fresh roll. Also couldn’t resist getting a donut for dessert and it was good too! Cute outdoor seating, and everything decently priced!

Came in here for a doughnut and coffee with my mom and I was really impressed! An enormous selection of pastries and doughnuts, hot locally roasted coffee. It wasn’t until we sat down that we noticed their breakfast burritos and quiche, but that just gives us more reason to return. I had a peach Danish and chocolate glazed old fashioned doughnut. Both were excellent. I believe it was the owners who we’re working the counter, and they couldn’t have been more friendly. I will definitely be returning to try more of their morning items as well as their deli sandwiches. They have park benches an tables outside, so it looks like a nice place to enjoy lunch once the weather warms up!

Dee-lish! You know how sometimes you’ll go to a donut place and ask for a Bavarian cream donut, and you’ll bite into it and it’s full of cream, instead of custard? That’s the kind of the opposite of what happened at Templeton. I would eat breakfast here everyday if it wouldn’t make my work commute five hours.

Star off my original review. The last two times I have been here the apple fritters have been burnt and inedible and the cinnamon twists are lacking their past glory.
