Inside this store reeks of Chanel No. 5 perfume and guilt. I wanted to give this store the benefit of a doubt, but oh my goodness. Though previous reviews aren’t dispassionate they are quite accurate. The store’s offerings have bloated prices, the salesperson wasn’t at all friendly, and I still stank of Chanel perfume a half-​hour after I left.

IHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!
If only I had read these reviews before bringing my brand new YSL TRIBUTE heels to this store for resale. I went to pick them up because they weren’t selling. When I looked at them they had SCUFF MARKS ON THE BOTTOMS!!!, AND the price tag was ripped off the soles, AND she said she didnt have the box they came in that I gave her! The owner then had the nerve to DENY that THEY did it and tried to blame me that the shoes must have been like that and that I didnt bring the box in either! The owner then dismissed me and refused to do anything about the damage and lost box. Its funny she was nice when I brouight my shoes in and was BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE when she got caught being a scam artist.
I have never written a negative review for anything but this store and owner must be held accountable for all of the obvious unacceptable and criminal acts!

Omg. What a nasty, rude, fake and disgusting business owner. She is a thief, a lier and a major b… h. Lied thru her teeth, stole my stuff claiming she can’t find it, made things dirty and on top of that claims its all my fault. STAY AWAY from this DISHONEST SCAMMER. She is super nice when she takes your stuff but when it’s time to pay or give your stuff back she turns into a real THIEF!!! DONATE YOUR STUFF TO POOR THAN GIVE IT TO MINT!!!

Go to Second Time Around in Englewood on Palisades Ave. They have the right attitude and are Very accommodating and friendly.

I can to pick up my stuff and she said she lost a cover of my Roberto Cavalli Sunglasses that she could give me another??? She started screaming at me. Never go to that place. She will ripped you off and give you nothing for your valuable items. Then you see it on display for triple the money she wants to give you.
Will never go to her.

The worst customer service ever! They sold me a broken necklace, refused to repair it, and they couldn’t have been nastier about it.

Stay away from this place. The proprietor will take your merchandise, offer you almost nothing for it, and tell you she donated it when you come to pick it up. I tried to collect my merchandise, but when I called or stopped in, the proprietor was never available or was «with a customer» Finally when I succeeded in getting her on the line, I was told she had already donated the mink sole, vintage jewelry and designer gowns I left with her. If you cannot find a reputable consignment shop (there is one in Englewood on Palisades Ave.) and decide to leave your things at Mint, compare the low prices she offers you with the prices of things she has on display. You are bound to discover a big discrepancy. I have never experienced a bigger scam «artiste» than the vicious owner of this store.
